As a regular going to the steakhouse, they never disappoint. The food was amazing, and the service was great as always!
Everything was fantastic! The food was amazing and the service was superb. Great steakhouse atmosphere. Pricing was pretty good for a steakhouse on the strip as well.
Came here as a teen in the ‘90s. Has been my recommendation for a steakhouse here since. Brought my Mother and a guest for dinner and it was like stepping back in time (in a good way). The menu is not exceptional. The food absolutely is!!! You come here for simple ingredients done perfectly!!!! Service was amazing!!! For service and food you expect, without the pretentiousness, this place takes care of you. 💜🙏
A must go to restaurant when in Vegas!!! Service, Food, Drinks, Atmosphere were amazing. Recommend making a reservation.
Let’s Be very Clear! The Steak House opened little over a month ago and WOW! Jame our server was absolutely amazing! The young man was professional, extremely knowable about the menu. Understood how to make a dining experience one to remember. I highly recommend this amazing steak house. We will return when we return to Vegas every time because or the food and our experiences

Wow! This place is a cozy hidden gem! Awesome food. We had the oysters with caviar and split the Tomahawk steak. Superb dirty martinis and the staff was excellent. Old steakhouse luxury vibes. It’s become our new favorite!

Recent trip to Vegas and we wanted a good steak so I made reservations at THE Steakhouse having eaten there before. It was ok but they have definitely passed along, plus some, beef prices. It will be $100/per person for a meal no matter the steak cut. I chose a ribeye that was decent but slightly chewy. You do get a full meal with bread, veg of the day, salad, and potato. Someone asked me if it was in my top 3. No…not for the price. Maybe top 10-15 with price. Wait staff was terrific with a shoutout to David for his professional. Would I eat there again? Probably not, given so many other steak options in Vegas but everyone should try once and be their own judge. I gave the food a 2 star mainly because of price.

We have been going there for over 30 years. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. The steaks and service excellent. It's a hidden gem. We can't see spending money in a high end steakhouse that is loud. We frequent many on the strip and downtown. Not too enjoyable when you want to get away from the casino noise and enjoy each other's company all you hear is noise. The atmosphere here is the way premium steakhouses should be.

Aged prime beef is cooked to perfection over a mesquite fire. Ambiance oozes vintage Vegas. Frank Sinatra had a designated booth here, talk about nostalgia. We eat here every time we are in town. Be sure to make reservations well in advance.

A True Old Vegas Classic That Still Delivers I've been coming to The Steak House for decades — first for business trips to Vegas, then as a must-stop on the way to my annual fly-fishing trip to Wyoming. This was the first time I brought my wife, and now she understands why I keep coming back. It all starts with a warm welcome from the longtime hostess, followed by a perfectly made martini in the bar — the kind that reminds you why classics never go out of style. Dinner began with an incredible shrimp cocktail featuring shrimp the size of small lobsters, and fresh bread that included pretzel and focaccia-style rolls. The wedge salad was textbook perfection: crisp lettuce, generous bacon, and rich house-made blue cheese dressing. The French onion soup hit all the right notes — deeply savory, cheesy, and satisfying. We shared the 24-ounce porterhouse, cooked exactly medium rare, served with crisp-tender asparagus and a baked potato loaded with sour cream and green onions. Dessert was a flawless chocolate ganache cake — the kind that makes you forget you already swore off dessert this week. I've been to many of the new flashy steakhouses around town, but none match the charm, quality, and consistency of The Steak House at Circus Circus. It's a timeless reminder that “Old Vegas” still knows how to do it right — no gimmicks, just great food and genuine hospitality.

David was so kind and wonderful. The food was delicious. It was such a great value for the amount of food. I will absolutely be returning. Thank you for making it such a lovely experience!! 🖤
This was such a marvelous experience. Our waiter Felix guided us through the best choices for beef and wine pairings and there was no pressure on anything, just great advice. While our order was being prepared, Felix gave us a tour of the meat locker, which was impressive: They age their beef, and it shows when you savor the first bite. We shared a porterhouse and a Caesar salad, and both were excellent. We were able to sit by the central grilling station, and it was exciting to watch the action there over the hot coals as we anticipated our steak. This has an old school steakhouse feel (Sinatra and some of the rat pack guys ate there), but they don't rip you off like the places in New York, where you have to pay extra for every side. We had a great time.
Old school Vegas steakhouse where ambiance and service are top priority. Very professional and on task! We enjoyed a pre-dinner drink and had pleasant conversation with the bartenders which is lacking in so many places these days. Steak was well prepared. The spinach salad with hot bacon dressing was a treat. Sides included makes it a better value than a lot of places as well.
Amazing Steak - I had the New York Strip medium well and I got it butterflied. It was perfect. Richard was a great server and a cool guy.

We had a fantastic experience at the Steakhouse inside Circus Circus in Las Vegas. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance transported us back in time with a charmingly vintage, almost mob-era feel. It's got this classic, old-Vegas vibe that's just really fun and unique. The food was absolutely top-notch. I had a bone-in prime rib that was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and just delicious in every bite. The sides, especially the potatoes, were equally great. We really had zero complaints about any part of the meal. Our waiter was fantastic, attentive without being overbearing, and really added to the pleasant experience. All in all, if you're looking for a great steakhouse with a unique vintage atmosphere on the Vegas Strip, I'd definitely recommend this spot. We'll absolutely be back!
