Small desserts shop next to 99 ranch… good Boba tea options, and they even serve crêpes…
Wow. Ok guys. Here is the real review.
All the reviews and pics looked awesome, came in and there was 4 flavors of gelato almost all empty, so went for the crepes. They were just bland and ok, got a side of icecream wasn’t anymore then 2 spoon fulls and the water cup was a gulp. There is seatings for 3, and lots of jewelry for sale… after a $20 taxi ride here and $30 for 2 crepes ….. you do the math

I had never had pandan before, but I took a risk and got the pandan coconut smoothie, with mixed boba. It was so good, I went back the next day for another! If I lived in the area, I'd go every day
Got a chocolate shake. Menu gives 3 sizes but they only sell 1 size. They add ice to the milk shake. Cutting corners to what, save a buck?
No ice cream at all
All bins were empty except 2 flavors has maybe 1 tablespoon...wth???
Amazing tea and amazing service. The employees are always sweet and that’s what keeps me coming back.
It was around 9 dollars for a small and the bobas are tiny not sweet at all she gave me the side eye after asking for two more straws I can’t believe a worker can be so rude like what. Crazy it also is really sour.
Average taro ube drink
One of the only places I've been to that offers a Matcha Milkshake. I love going here for a special cold treat.

This was such a pleasant establishment. Tiffany told me they were going to sell ice cream soup in a week and I’m so excited! We started chatting and she told me that she buys good quality products for the food and teas. She educated me on the benefits of chrysanthemum tea and overall had an outstanding experience.
