The staff was very lazy and slow. There were only a couple of people at the bar, and we got ignored for 10 minutes. Then the bar tender went to the back and was back there for like 20 minutes. Other people came and left without getting a drink.

Having a weird experience with the male bartender he keeps trying to look busy when I come to bar like he doesn't want to serve me. I made eye contact 3 times with him and he refused to address me until another customer at the bar saw him look at me and said to him "dude.??? What's up?!" Then he finally asked my order... so I gave him a .60 cent tip... he's lucky he got that !... the girls were great tho and quick.. I tipped them well ?

Staff friendly and helpful. Savanna, casino Host did great job. Wish all food restaurants were open later than 5pm. Only choice was Hooters. Limited beverages available no chocolate milk, no hot tea. Waitress had to make ice tea and not good. The Bathrooms were OK but need to be updated. OYO is our go to casino.

LESLIE A. SHE IS THE BEST DEALER! She was very awesome and helped us tremendously. She dealt us in blackjack and helped me gain knowledge in blackjack to help my winnings, she was a bundle of joy the whole time.

This hotel is outstanding. I was in a room that the air-conditioning didn’t work and they moved me to a different room when it was brought to their attention. They first tried to fix it and that didn’t work so I went to another room. It was perfect. The staff at the hotel are fabulous and I can’t say enough good things about this hotel they were very Accommodating on everything that I needed. I definitely recommend this hotel. The staff are very friendly.

On August 9th, I made a reservation with Spirit Vacations (Priceline) for one night. When I arrived at the hotel around midnight, I was told that I had NO reservation on file. I produced the confirmation from Spirit Vacation, the clerk then disappeared to speak to her manager. She returned to tell me that they had NO rooms available. She indicated to me that Priceline did NOT send them my reservation. I contacted Priceline via their app. The robot directed me to call them at a 1-800 number. After waiting for 30 minutes to speak to a representative in India, I was hung up on twice. I spent the next two hours trying to find a hotel room. Around 2 AM, I was able to find a room at the Motel 6 down the street. The clerk that checked me in told me that OYO purposely over books their hotel EVERY night. If you don't check in before midnight, they give your room away to higher paying guest. The story I was told my OYO was a lie. Priceline would only refund my hotel room, put 20% ($3.04). I was left paying $20.44 over the amount I would have stayed at OYO. My advice is to avoid using Priceline and OYO.

James works at the Coffee Shop in OYO Hotel & Casino, he's a true asset. He takes his time to listen and prepare your coffee as you want it. The coffee is excellent when it's prepared correctly. Always ask for James

My daughter and I wanted to get out of the city for a minute to soak up some sun and get a little R&R. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, it was conveniently located adjacent to the strip, down the street to UNLV and not too far from some of the local shopping and food spots we like. Everything was good, I just don't like the fact that there is no longer a coffee pot, microwave, or fridge in the rooms. It seems like all the Hotels want to nickel and dime one for basic necessities. That was definitely a con, we had to continuously figure out what to eat every day and eat it in one setting because we were unable to refrigerate it or warm it up later. The pro was that the pool was awesome, we went and purchased a 2 person floaty that the hotel allowed us to use and that was awesome. They also had comfy cabana-type lounge sofas, games to play, and a huge Screen that constantly play music videos with various genres of music. Pretty cool. So overall it was a most enjoyable vacation. But I recommend bringing your own coffee pot, air fryer or hot plate to warm your food and have hot coffee or tea. :)

I am giving a 1 star review for the following reasons: (1) the elevators were down which required to us to walk through a sketchy hallway with no signage, the room leaked from the bathroom causing my clothes to get wet, closet mirror was off the track, the bed was really bad, bathroom and room did not feel newly remodeled, the A/C was extremely loud, and we’ve submitted several reviews and OYO has not responded to a single one.

Would not reccomend staying here. All the photos show nice clean rooms and upon arrival it was not even clean and there were stains and sticky substance on the nightstand still. Looks like its never even been repaired let alone cleaned. Had I not just been sleeping here (arrived around 2 am - left by 8am ) I would have called down to talk to someone about it or left all together. Slept in sweat pants and a hoodie and tried to touch as little stuff as possible. also no additional locks on the doors is NOT safe.
