Everything looks so pretty on the outside looking inbut we ordered the breakfast fajita steakok this is not skirt steak which is typically used for fajitas I know it’s pricey but come on our meal was 27.00 this tasted more like the cheapest meat they could find I think they shopped at winco in the same parking lot is the Costco even if they pay 8.99 per pound they can sell a lot of fajita plates and still make lots of money out meat was like the 3.99 per pound round steak they sell at winco we were very disappointed they set the plate on fire as a presentation looks pretty but now worth eating we took it home at still sits in the fridge and then, so I mentioned that to go box. It is a literally just a box not like those little divider boxes, Styrofoam, that they give at other restaurants so everything basically got mixed in together, so disappointed in this place I would not order the fajitas again I may give this place another try and order some thing different as it is close to my home

Meat was well done and juicy! Potatoes are amazing and Im usually more of a hashbrown type of breakfast!

Nice little upscale breakfast and lunch restaurant. Excellent coffee. Keto omelet was stuffed with cheese, sasuage and bacon topped with smashed avocado and a Chipotle cream sauce. Side of cubed potatoes and great sourdough toast. The lox came with a garden of flowers and root veggies. Bothe were great. Service was decent.Cons: Pricey but worth it. Music was way too loud and full of rap. Not conducive to a quiet breakfast or any meaningful conversation. Will try again.

We stopped at this place for lunch on a Saturday at noon. The place was packed, we waited 30 minutes for our table. The music was lively and the atmosphere was very upbeat. Do not expect a calm brunch spot here. The staff were everything you expect, professional, attentive, and fast. The food came out very quickly (almost too quickly) and the presentation was five stars for sure. The taste however missed the mark. The chicken and waffles are served with a huge stick of rosemary inserted in the middle. The whole dish tasted heavily of rosemary. Everything seemed well prepared (my poached eggs were perfect) we both left underwhelmed. And for $34 with tax and tip for one person for breakfast food, I expected more.

Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options available.

Great fast casual with a fun vibe! I had a shrimp salad that was ?!! Great flavor and a proper amount of dressing. It’s a thing a lot of times I have to ask for additional dressing but not today!!The service staff was on top of us- we were never empty on water and they checked in several times to make sure we were all good. This was my first visit and my lunch partners all raved about their previous visits and said they loved the breakfasts they had.Good experience all around I’ll be back.

This place just hit a year and I can’t wait to see how it grows! INCREDIBLE food, DOG FRIENDLY patio, fantastic coffee. Marj and the team were great.Prices are a little higher but worth it for the portion sizes. Their playlist is great too—playing some top throwbacks is always a good move. The co-manager (or owner?) paints a lot of the art you see around the restaurant—which makes this place one of a kind!Things that could improve (can’t we all? ?)— outdoor bench seating is fine in a pinch but a small upgrade there would be great!— lean into the dog friendly aspect! There aren’t enough dog friendly places in Vegas and even little dog bowls would make this a routine spot for anyone owners who need to take their pups to brunch that day!

Parking: Large Strip mall parking lot

I went to theBLVD with some friends on a Monday and we all thought the food was delicious, the space was beautiful, albeit was a little on the pricy end, I definitely thought it was a fun and great restaurant for special occasions. That said, I think one of the things I would love for the restaurant to add to it's service is a reservation system. I would love to book in advance since it closes generally by 3 pm.

If it isn’t bad enough to go to a cafe and get a cappuccino served to you in a beer mug but the glass cracked and glass shards were in my drink as it leaked out the side onto the table. It was a watery latte at best . HORRIBLE. Waitress poured it into a new mug and gave it back! I was so disappointed in this restaurant. From the photos it looks like a gourmet cafe with real coffee but it’s closer to a dirty TGIF. I had to bug someone for service while sitting there for 20 minutes with no water or anything. I even had to ask for napkins after the food was served. Terrible but friendly service. Nobody was rude just not good at their job. Terrible R&B music playing too loud, my table was dirty. After the coffee ordeal I was just about to stand up and cancel my order when it arrived so it was fast after I ordered it. It was a Reuben sandwich on pretzel bread. All it was was beef with a huge gob of syrupy coleslaw. It was pure sugar! The bread was good and meat tasted fresh but it looks better in the photos than this place is. Not to mention way over priced. I’m usually super generous tipper but not in these situations. My waitress was polite but only after I had to wave her down. I’m truly torn on the tip part. I had a $36 sloppy sandwich and horrid coffee I did not drink. that was just poured into a new glass from the broken one.

Parking: Next door to Costco so lots of parking

Dietary restrictions: They offered 1 keto option

Food was amazing, I only subtracted one star for the price. More than a little pricey. Breakfast for two, no alcohol, was $75 with the tip. Not something I will be doing often.

Food and presentation was excellent. Hands down would recommend the French toast and breakfast potatoes. The fruit was sweet and delicious. I would assume the whip cream on top was hand made. Very yummy!! Service was great, and when we had a question I believe the owner/chef Juan came to our table. Outside and inside was aesthetically pleasing and the food matched the mood! This place is alittle on the pricey side. But 100% recommend this place!

We were oohing and ahhing over all of the dishes coming out of the kitchen...and the taste lived up to the hype. Everything was delicious and fun; the service was great too.

The presentation of the food is amazing, everything looks beautiful. Unfortunately, the flavor for all the dishes were not there. We all left not as satisfied as we thought walking in. The waiter was very nice she had suggestions. We did wish she refilled our drinks and we had a long wait on water.

Brought my daughter here and absolutely loved it. Great food, good portions, service is as great and personable, decor and vibes were on point. Overall a great experience. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and it took me back. Honestly the best chicken sandwich I've had in Las Vegas and second best ever. Crunchy, yet tender and packed full of flavor.
