Went in there around 2 pm on a Thursday. No employees out on the floor, no one in sight. I wait 5 minutes, and here comes out the single employee looking dazed and out of it coming out the bathroom. She greets me and then HOPS OVER THE COUNTER, WEARING FLIP FLOPS, SHOES GRAZING THE COUNTER WHERE FOOD IS SERVED, and then takes my order. Mind you she just got out of the bathroom for however many minutes. I wait 5 minutes and get served a sorry excuse of a wet mush “Açaí bowl” for 15 dollars. Do not come here.
I had high hopes to bring my family here and I was pretty disappointed. I asked questions regarding the ingredients. By the facial expression we got from the gal was instantly annoyance and disregard for our concerns about certain ingredients that I do not have my family consume. It's a big deal for my little's to get a treat especially when they are big fans of smoothies and ice cream. I know we are not giving this place another try. The only reason for my 2 stars is there was this young man came to the register and took our order while she made another customers order and he was so kind so respectful. By that time he didn't know what transpired and I didn't want to further the conversation about the ingredients. Mind you we spent $45.00 for 4 drinks and she made them so that'll tell you how we feel about them...I think her bad energy went into our drinks and made it not taste so good😔.

Tl;dr
No ingredient list for employees to reference for ice cream ingredients for allergy information, i felt dismissed by the staff like even if it was available it wouldnt have been reached for like we were an inconvenience.
Im a little disappointed that they do not have an ingredient list for their ice cream on hand. My daughter wanted ice cream with the family, but sometimes ice cream has egg in it. It wasnt a super busy night and the worker stated there is not an ingredient list we could double check, nor did she know off hand what was in the ice cream. Im a little disappointed because we were so excited to find a place that has both Acai AND ice cream (I have one child that loves Acai and the other that loves ice cream, so it seems like a perfect new dessert place, right!?). It is very hard to find places to eat with a child with allergies, yes we can just eat at home, but she wants the experience of having ice cream out too. Anyway, if the management is able to let us know if the ice cream has gluten or egg in it or if they are willing to have ice cream without egg in it, we will be your best customers 😭. Im sad there wasnt even an ingredient list available for the employee to look at to reference for us.

I've been on a smoothie kick and the Watermelon Mint smoothie was the perfect pick for the end of summer. The large was $13 and popped up with a discount for my first purchase. The smoothie itself was tasty and I like that it was well-blended so there weren't chunks of ice. I also like their clear cups, fun marketing extra. Service was okay - I went in pretty early, there was only one person working, and they were in the back before and after making my order. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here specifically, but it's a nice asset to the area and convenient to the gym next door. Bonus points for having outdoor seating!

I live in the parking lot so when thick and thin opened I was so happy. I have been ordering here quite regularly since. Every time I come in the staff is great place is clean food was/is good. I love the treat side. especially the cap n berry and pink and bow . until recently about month or so I ordered a cap n berry for pu and when I got it home it was white like there was no blueberry. Only to find blueberries on the bottom but not mixed in. Same with pink n bow. i tried one last time thinking maybe it was someone new working I got a cap n berry but I got a shake and when I took it back worker explained to me the machine was different and now the cap n berry and pink and bow and basically anything with fruit mixed in won't be the same. unfortunately, as excited as I was to have thick and thin here, im just as disappointed to no longer be going there as my favs as ik them are no longer there ?. if they switch back, I will be back......until then

Very cool little place with protein shakes, juices, ice cream, and yogurt. Hard to find from Cactus but not far from it.

They’re not joking about being thick, the smoothies are super thick! Been there a couple of times and my favorite one is the classic cookies and cream, it’s the best. Vibe is always cool and the girl with the red hair always makes it right.

Great service. The workers are very friendly and informative, they are also very accommodating to any speciations that you make to your order and make it just the way you tell them. The quality of there shakes is also top tier, It feels like a “Real” shake if that makes sense. Overall the quality is very good the service makes you feel welcomed and the atmosphere is fun and they even have there own merch witch even though I didn’t get any I could feel that it was very good quality.

I've only been here once and have only tried one item so take my review with a grain of salt. I ordered a large pina colada protein shake and it was honestly one of, if not the worst shakes I've ever had. At nearly $20 (w/tip) for this shake, I expected much more. The pina colada flavor was rather muted and it had a bitter aftertaste. There are better tasting and cheaper alternatives available and therefore will likely never be back to this place.
