I hope Guy Fetei didn't get serviced what we had for dinner... Cheese not melted, cold pizza, and I asked for a menu and they didn't attach one, the menu, good customer service. It was delivered and we usually go to the other guy, but thought we'd try them out :( :( !!!

The philly's are fantastic, some of the best you can get on Vegas. The only thing I didn't like was no room to eat inside but that is not enough for me to to eat there again. Can't wait to try the pizza!

Came here as recommended by my brother who lives hours away and comes all the way just to eat here on a regular basis. It definitely lived up to the hype. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The three cheese Cheesesteak fries were very good! I also ordered the house salad which was very good. My kids got the BBQ Chicken Pizza Sicilian style which they devoured. Would definitely recommend this place.

This place had the absolute best philly cheese steaks and the chicken parmesan sandwich was out of this world also. We also ordered wings and they are the best in town also. We are from Phoenix so we will definitely be adding this to our must stops when in Vegas.
Far and away the best chicken fingers in the City Las Vegas highly recommended especially if you’re children like chicken fingers of high-quality. I’ve been to two of their locations and I keep coming back for more.

Old school pizza shop. Pizza is really good. But I come here for the cheesesteaks. They have an option to add whiz, which is the authentic way imo. This is the best cheesesteak I have found in 4 states.

We drove an hour to get there, they weren’t closed but I heard the cook to tell the guy to say they were closed. The business hours were still open. If you don’t want to serve change your hours. The worst business move ever. Headed to a place that wants business. Do not recommend and can’t be worth a cr@p with customer service like that. Also washing personal attire (shoes) in sink.

I will never order delivery from Those Guys Pies again. It said 45 minutes for delivery and it took an hour. Our pizza was completely cold and hard by the time it got here. What happened to pizzas that cost under $20 and were delivered in minutes hot and fresh? Dominoes would’ve been better. Never again will I pay $70 plus tip for pizza and wings here. Dom Demarcos or Dominoes for me from now on. Don’t waste your time on these guys. Terrible food and service. Ridiculous!!

Stick to the pizza. I used to love these cheesesteaks, we went back for Super Bowl weekend. we didn't get any pizza which is the name of their business. but we did get an order of wings a chicken philly a steak Philly and everything was very three stars they forgot our cannoli but they did take it off the bill when we called. Very nice people

First time here. Out of the way to get to, mostly a take out place, although there are a few tables outside... it was a cold night, so it was not really an option. Friendly guys at counter, 0 atmosphere... like I said, mostly take out place. It looked like I stepped into a gritty place downtown New York or Chicago. I had the Philly cheese steak, which was very good, but it took 15 mins to get it. I haven't had the pizza yet. They seemed busy in the kitchen, took 10 minutes to order, so the pizza must be good. Maybe next time if I go back.

Ordered online through their own website, said it'll be ready/delivered in 45 minutes. It was around 6pm on a Friday.
Call them about 15 minutes later after remembering we wanted the pizza square cut. The guy on the phone sounded like his brain was operating at 0.5x speed. After he took his time to collect his thoughts, he told me that my order hadn't come in yet, but they were experiencing some delays in the online orders coming through. Okay, no worries man, sounds good.
7:30PM I call back like hey are y'all close its been almost an hour and a half. He tells me that the pizza will be READY in 15 minutes still, so the pizza will be delivered in about an hour. I live like 15 minutes away, so the time isnt adding up... can I come pick it up on my own then? No... he told me the wait time is 2 hours actually.
Times are not adding up my guy. Cancelled my order. Whats up with the service... pizza can't be that good for it to take 2 hours on a normal friday evening. Perhaps ill give them another shot when I get down bad enough... and maybe the rating will change but who's to say.
