I'm a delivery driver and was working a delivery for this company and was denied the ability to use their bathroom which is so important when you're a delivery driver and you're actually doing something for this company I will never be back to this restaurant or ever run a delivery for you people ever again.

I absolutely love Tiger Sugar! It’s my favorite boba spot in Chinatown for its unique beverages that cannot be found anywhere else. My personal favorite is the M1 with boba, pearls, and chocolate. The combination of deliciously sweet textures in the mouth are just amazing, and the price is very reasonable (on par with other boba places).
Parking: Tiger Sugar is located in a strip mall with a fairly sized parking lot. It is pretty easy to find parking. It’s never been a struggle for us.

I have been waiting to go to this store forever to try their boba. Finally go this past weekend and it was literally the worst experience. You walk on and it's DEAD silent in there. The guy behind the counter doesn't say hi or welcome, he just doesn't speak to you at all. I notice 2 touch screen machines that says to place order here. Again, nothing is said to me so I walk up to the screen (right in front of the guy behind the counter) and I slowly look over the menu and place my order. The ticket pops out and he snatches it from the machine and walks away. Since it was awkwardly silent in the store, we decided to wait outside. Once I got the boba, it was just okay. Not worth the hype I thought it would be. Because of the non customer service, I will not be going back. I even said thank you when I grabbed my drinks, again, nothing.

When received our drink we left and while driving, we noticed one of the drink is not our. Have to turned back uhhh. This place you can taste the tea which I like, saw them actually measuring portions when making their drink.

The drink was really tasty, but any drink company that fills your cup half way with ice should really be ashamed of themselves. It’s a complete scam. The liquid they put in the cup is already cold. I got my drink a couple hours ago and even refrigerated it when I got home, and it tastes like flavored water now. There is no reason to add that much ice. If anything, they could ask how much you want. Especially when they’re making a killing for charging high prices for cheap materials. I won’t come back here because of this, but I’ll have to remember to make sure to ask for no ice when I go anywhere else.
