I am glad there is one nearby. I thought the sugar milk bobba fad is over. Glad is stayed on and one in Vegas Chinatown.

Absolutely love their boba! My favorite boba franchise to date 😍😍

The nephew really wanted boba after lunch and a round of arcade playing. Since he's still a young'un, his go-to is any brown sugar milk drink with boba.

The equivalent at Tiger Sugar is the black sugar boba pearl milk with cream mousse, which he got without cream mousse. I also ordered the same thing, same medium size. You can upgrade to a XL size for $1.50 more. For the black sugar series, they are not able to customize the sweetness level at all, which is a bummer as I don't like my drinks too sweet (same goes for the nephew!).

The drink hit the spot on a hot 100+ degree Vegas day, though both nephew and I had to carefully sip from our straws so that we don't choke on the pearls (which are half the size of the regular sized boba).

One nifty perk was the free Tiger Sugar bag of popcorn with our $15+ order.

We were lucky that the parking spot right in front of the store (which had a sign that it was for Tiger Sugar customers only) was open so we swooped in and waited in the car for the line to die down while we looked at the menu photos on Yelp online to pick out our order.

The drink was good, but pricey. 3 stars, with an extra star for bumping a BTS playlist while I was inside.

For the owner: If you want this shop to thrive, the customer service needs attention. The middle-aged man on staff was very rude and impatient, and it left a negative impression.

I was on my way into the store when an employee caught me on the way in and told me the store was closed. They close at 10:00pm ( or at least that’s what it says on google). The time was 9:40 when I was walking in ( I sat in my car for a while before I decided to write a review the photo shows at 9:49pm that the store should technically be open). It’s just crazy how because you’re in a rush to close and you wouldn’t allow us in. Trash in hand and everything. I would recommend updating your closing time on google to be more accurate.

This place used to be great!! Worth the drive. But since this arrogant kid started working there, they dont even have tapioca balls for their BOBA. How does that make sense. The kid doesn't want to work, why is he there? Please management fix this. He wont take orders, makes you use the kiosk while he stares or plays on his phone. I understand the kiosk is helpful when there is a line so the employee can make the drinks. But its not busy. And he wont help answer questions when certain drinks like the chocolate milk are are not in the system. Hands you drinks on the counter, not even to your hand. And you have to reach over to grab your own straws, bag AND tray.. I come to order 8 drinks at a time and he cant even give me a bag? Him not making tapioca this morning is the last straw for me. The girls are amazing they make the drinks great and are super helpful. If the dude is working, you might as well save your breath and walk away.

This was where I tried my first Tiger Sugar. I came here awhile back but decided to leave a review. My drink was very good at the time. No complaints.

Just got back from Vietnam and was craving some authentic tic Vietnamese food. Absolutely love this place and the staff is so sweet and nice. Their prices are super affordable as well and fresh quality food.

Store was empty around 7:45pm on Saturday. I should have taken it as a sign but ordered #5 anyway because I was craving boba. Got my order and the boba were gross because they're stale. Any reputable boba shop would've toss them out hours ago and cook a new batch. Very disappointed.

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. The employee with pink hair displayed a poor attitude and provided unacceptable customer service. My order was prepared incorrectly, and when I brought it to her attention, she dismissed it by simply saying, “Oh, I just put the wrong label.” There was no apology or effort to correct the mistake professionally.

This kind of service reflects poorly on the business and is a sure way to lose loyal customers. I would rate the service 0/10 based on this experience.

Worst service ever. The lady gave me attitude about exchanging cream for oat milk. I literally had to ask her over and over before she would do it. Then acted like I was a huge burden. The whole time I felt like I was bothering her for a drink! Then I realized there wasn’t boba in the drink I ordered so I asked if I could pay extra for boba and she told me no. She said this drink is not allowed to add boba! Like what!? It’s a mango drink, it’s not that hard. Never coming here again. So rude.

Had many tiger sugars in different places, but this one stands out, somehow this one in Las Vegas makes much better brown sugar

Good boba but there was one guy working for a rush time. Took almost an hour for our order even though we got a message saying our order was ready in 20 minutes.
