Cherry our waitress was super nice!
We are there last evening The food was good. The service from our waitress was great and we enjoyed. A little pricey!

I’ve always enjoyed my meal at any Tim Ho Wan in any country. This one is no exception. Obviously the cha siu baos are the best. It’s my preferred place for yum cha. Convenient that it’s in the Palms due to ample parking.

This place would be great if the take out service was better. They take your ph# but never let you know your order is ready. They always forget to include sauces. And it's the norm. I've ordered 3 times and the same result. The food is incredible, the service at the counter, horrible.

Tim Ho Wan in Manila was a lot better.

Delicious food and great service, unfortunately, we seated right on the edge of the restaurant near the casino floor and it was extremely loud. Other than that, everything was excellent. Will definitely return.
I ordered to go. Abalone and shrimp dumplings are great. Beef meat balls are also special. The jelly dessert is not impressive.

Delicious dim sum at The Palms Hotel! Plenty of free parking. I visited on Saturday after Thanksgiving 2025, and it was packed—they clearly struggled to keep up with the massive volume of orders due to the crowd.

The prices are definitely higher than that of Chinatown, but expected because it sits inside Palms. The Hong Kong baked char siu buns were so good we ordered another plate of them

Nov 15, 2025 ( Sunday): When we got there, the place wasn't busy. The staffs were friendly and service was wonderful. Our orders came out fast.
i asked my dad to get takeout here $70 for tiny portions very average dimsum. not worth it. don't believe any hype about this place bc it's just average nothing special. i wouldn't ever order from here again. also a lot of the meat was undercooked (the chinese meatballs) and the milk donut thing (which i never heard of before) was flavorless, hard and so greasy. hard pass! >:(

Food was bland unfortunately. The wonton soup had a strong fish taste which wasn't expected.
Nothing special but it’s delicious.

Do NOT DRINK THE WATER. This place checks a lot of good boxes, however in my humble opinion.. if a restaurant is willing to serve unfiltered TAP water to their guests. Than that forces the question about other hygienic standards.
