Excellent restaurant. Great atmosphere to go along with the unique food.

Extremely disappointed in our experience especially for the amount of money we spent. We made a reservation and arrived on time, the front desk hostess was extremely cold. Then we were taken to the “VIP” section which was in a separate area that did not have the entertainment or views of the main section. We were so excited to try this restaurant and see the fire show, so was a letdown to be in the back. Then our plates were taken away before we were even done eating without being asked if we were done. We had to ask our waiter to bring us forks so we could finish the sides we ordered and had to stop someone from taking those when they tried to grab those with food clearly still on them. Felt like the entire meal was completely rushed. Would not recommend at all.
I had really high expectations for this place. In my opinion, the presentation they had on Google made it more than what it really was. The food presentation was great! As far as flavor, I expected better for the price we paid, and the service was fun but lacked a lot of attention to detail. We spent well over $300 for two people before tip and a little under $400 with tips. We spend just about the same amount at other restaurants, and they bombard you with servers catering to you meticulously. The waitress was very nice but we expected more. They have 3 rooms that you can dine in and one show every 15 minutes or so beginning at 7:30pm that lasts for about a minute or two. The problem is that there are only a few tables in each room that will be lucky to be able to see it. Most of the tables do not have a clear line of sight. It's a fun place, but if you have high expectations, you may be disappointed. The food and service were good but not worth the price.

Not worth the money. My husband’s steak was flavorless and my chicken enchiladas were barely edible. The chicken was tough and over cooked and the sauce was too spicy enjoy the flavors. The street corn was also over spiced to where it didn’t even taste like corn. The two upsides were, the fresh chips and pico to start and the brown butter cake for dessert. I would go back for those two items but skip the main course.
Worse steak and service for how much they charge.

Main entrance was bland with no flavor at all. Queso and guacamole were tasty tho. Our server is terrible at her job. First she didn’t bring water ( I can tell she forgot) we got our appetizers and nothing to drink for 20 min. Then 2 sodas , the most simple thing and didn’t arrive after we got our meals. How long does it take you to go grab 2 sodas?! And She wasn’t busy at all.
Best part was the fire lady and my birthday dessert. Other than that I prefer going to Javier’s

I went there for a business meeting and dinner, and the entire group got food poisoning. We called the corporate office. We were in bed for days stuck in the hotel and lost hundreds of dollars in travel expenses and medical bills. I explained this to their corporate office. They seem to have no care. I am very disappointed in this establishment.

6 people from our party got food poisoning and ruined our Vegas trip. Highly recommend you dont eat here unless you are trying to lose 5lbs by hurling your guts up for 2 days and then have them refuse to take responsibility!!!
Our experience at Toca Madera Las Vegas was nothing short of a nightmare. Out of a group of 21 people, six of us ended up with severe food poisoning after dining there. The illness completely derailed our plans, forcing us to leave town early and miss an important work convention.
What’s even more shocking is the response from their corporate office. Marissa, the representative we spoke with, showed no empathy or concern for the situation. There was no acknowledgment of their responsibility, no apology, and not even an offer to refund the meals that caused this horrible experience.
For a restaurant where we spent over $4,000 in one night, the lack of accountability and care is appalling. Accidents happen, but the way this situation was handled is unacceptable.
I would strongly advise avoiding Toca Madera. Not only was the food unsafe, but the complete disregard for customer well-being and satisfaction is disgraceful. Save your money and dine somewhere that values its patrons.

I have no idea how the food is or service is, I only have the experience I had with their hostess. She obviously couldn't handle her job, but being rude to people who have reservations -not just my party- but others because you’re stressed out - isn’t okay. Do better. We left and went to STK and had a great time.

Toca Madera was beautiful. I would give it a 7/10 only because the service was disappointing once we got our food. Our waitress took a while to check on us and bring the check which unfortunately made us miss our other plans. Also the staff said they weren’t allowed to take our picture which was very disappointing since we traveled from far away and wanted to enjoy our valentine’s week with great memories. Like I mentioned the restaurant was beautiful so we were looking forward to taking picture together. Other than that the food was good. I’d recommend the calamari, street corn, and salmon. The cilantro lime rice you can skip unless it already comes with your meal. The drinks were delicious and some of them come with a beautiful presentation. I would come back, but I’m definitely not in a rush given the service. Looking forward to potentially trying a different location and hoping for a better outcome.

Wedding night tea here on Wed 20 Nov ’24 at this visually pleasing modern Mexican restaurant in the Aria Place complex not far off the strip after having come over from Brisbane, Australia for the LV F1 and to tie the knot. Entering past the faux ficus trees past the warming line of fire we were greeted in wonderful fashion.
Seated in the quiet corner of the Lounge Bar was a pleasure but a little disappointing not to be in the restaurant. However, the bar had an energetic feel and featured an intricate wood tessellated ceiling above the striking bar clad in Jade Crystal quartzite. Quick and polite service brought out our first round of drinks followed by the Guacamole entrée with pomegranate, lime pepitas, onion, jalapeño, plantain chips which was top shelf. We really liked the stone carved bowl the avo mix laid in.
Service again was prompt to order mains which consisted of Branzino (which surprisingly had to be clarified for the server that it was the fish dish) with the new bride choosing the Petite Filet 6oz (certified black angus, center cut) accompanied by sides for us both of the Street Corn and Seasonal Vegetables which at this time was broccolini. Sides were delicious along with my sea bass that was melt in the mouth perfection – some of the best fish I’ve had at any restaurant let alone one in the middle of the desert. Steak was unfortunately dry, lacking flavour and under seasoned which was a surprise with this place reading well and promoting their ‘acclaimed modern steakhouse’ credentials.
Attention of the servers was good but started to get a little interruptive with three different staff asking how things were going and if we needed anything more multiple times in a flash. Being from Australia, we weren’t all that hip with the tipping culture and it felt like they were chasing which became a little uncomfortable.
Unexpectedly a dessert arrived as complimentary due it being an occasion and was a tidy vegan chocolate slice with a standard but tasty vanilla ice cream, berries and a coulis. Overall an enjoyable evening, albeit a little pricey, but we left happy and satisfied on our special day - wouldn’t hesitate to return and recommend.

I really wanted to like this place and was looking forward to my reservation.
As soon as I walked up to the host stand I wasn’t even greeted just looked at up and down and asked “reservation?” with a vibe like I was bothering her by eating at her place of employment lol.
I put that behind me because she could have been having a bad day but then we got seated and our server did not come by for 20 mins or so and then an additional 20 for our drinks to arrive.
My original reservation was at 10:15 and I did not receive my food until about 11:30 pm and I ordered a salad and mac and cheese.
The server assistants were so proper and welcoming. The ambiance is nice and the restaurant’s dark aesthetic sets a good mood but unfortunately the cons outweighed the pros this night.

insanely terrible organization of this restaurant and our reservation was 45 minutes late...... also main hostess never put her vape down, held it the whole time. I'd avoid this place
We had a reservation for my birthday for over a month. We waited an hour for them to sit us and they wouldn’t. Threatened to charge us if we left, even after 45 minutes. Looks like a cool spot, but good luck having them sit you.
