Toca Madera Las Vegas drastically exceeded all of my expectations this past weekend. Eric had amazing hospitality helping us with our reservation and checking in with us after the meal. Our server Mike came out firing, helping us with the best recommendations on everything from cocktails, wine pairings, and food. All we had to say is that we wanted a family style meal and he delivered on the recommendations. He connected with us frequently and really catered to our every need. Towards the end of the dinner we wish he could have just pulled up a chair and had a drink to end the night with us. Every plate was spectacular, even something as simple as the caesar salad had the table amazed. The Tomahawk steak that was wheeled out to us with a full display was really the highlight of the dinner. If you are in for a special occasion and want a steak to split with the group, I would highly recommend it! 100% will be coming to Toca Madera next time I am in Vegas!

We celebrated my sisters bacherolette party here! All 8 women absolutely loved it! The food was great, our server (Ashley) was awesome! I really would recommend this restaurant to anyone coming to Las Vegas. The food was great and very much worth the price. I’ll definitely be back if I’m ever back in Vegas!

Had a reservation at 815pm. Didn’t seat us until 945pm. Excuse was that they hadn’t asked the table before us to leave. Kept coming out to tell us the table was being bussed when the group before us was still sitting there. Provided no relief or refund. Won’t be coming back.

Personally I don't like eating something delicious with overly loud music, but objectively speaking, the DJ did a great job building the atmosphere, but I won't recommend this place to anyone who's sensitive to loud music.Food wise, the starters and main courses are really solid. The garnish and presentation of the food are as good as you can expect from a restaurant like this. We ordered the tomahawk steak, and the table side performance is stunning as well. The only thing that might be falling short is the desserts. Again, the presentation is great, but the taste is just okay. I've seen other tables not finishing their desserts too.

The ambience here is amazing! Visited for brunch, on a Saturday. we had The lobster tacos, chicken and waffles and the scallops!!! All very tasty. Scallops weren’t over cooked, tacos and chicken weren’t too dry either.Mocktails were also amazing and we just didn’t want to leave with the lovely ambience and music. Will be visiting again

The ambiance and service was impeccable! Our server (unfortunately forgot his name) was amazing. Polite, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. However, given the price point we have to knock off a star for the food quality. I and another person in my party had the chicken and waffles, and the chicken lacked flavor, was overcooked, dry and very noticeably on the tough side. Have had way better quality chicken and waffles at less expensive and bougie restaurants. Everything else was great though.

This restaurant is absolutely amazing and beautiful. The servers we hadwere so super friendly and welcoming. Their names were Nick and EJ and we loved every second of it. They treated my Grandma like a queen for her birthday. Will definitely come back one day soon.

If anyone in your group has an allergy, the best decision you may ever make is to AVOID this restaurant. My wife and I came here on my birthday and it completely ruined our trip to Vegas. When we arrived we told the server that she had an allergy to tajin to ensure it would not be on our margaritas. The first one came out with a salted rim, when the next one was brought out it had a tajin rim, which we politely sent back. When the new one was brought out it had a salt rim so my wife proceeded to drink half of it, only to notice there was tajin in the glass (my guess is that they poured the first margarita into a new glass). When the manager came over he was not remotely sympathetic and tried claiming it was some other chili pepper (which wasn't an ingredient in the margarita so shouldn't be in there anyways). His offer to resolve the problem was to comp the drink that they gave us with the allergic ingredient and to email us if she had a reaction. We proceeded directly back to our hotel room where my wife spent the remainder of the night in the bathroom. We emailed the manager only to receive no response.

First time I’ve been greeted so badly. We had a reservation and only got a table 45 minutes later. Once seated, we never got water nor any service for more than 15 minutes. This is really disappointing as we were really looking forward to dining at Madera.

This place is a joke. Reservation at 7:45 seated at 8:40 9:00 not even water that we ordered. Got up and left. If you have a lot of time to waste this is the place for you.

I rarely write reviews but I hate being ripped off. I’ve been here a few times. The first time I came I loved the atmosphere, the watermelon margs, and nice bartender, that’s why I’m giving them two stars. However on my last trip to Vegas I got really bad vibes here. The website states that you have all day happy hour on Tuesdays. We showed up around 6:30 and a female bartender told us that it was not true (now I think she was probably lying). Anyways, I asked her nicely to tell management to update the website then we sat and had drinks at the bar and then ate dinner at a table. We came back the following week during the scheduled happy hour time of 4-6 (the time that the female bartender told us it would be available) and she was intentionally trying to hide that it was happy hour so they could charge people full price (asked twice for the happy hour menu etc). Even after I clarified to them that it’s happy hour, the same female bartender had to be convinced to fix my bill. They did it to me and the girls sitting next me and they were upset because the new bill took so long that they ended up having to run out. No smile, no customer service skills from her, just clearly there to squeeze you. We are willing to spend money but love a good deal. Oh well! Cancelled our dinner reservation for that night and won’t be dining there again. And yes I’ve bartended before, it’s not hard to be kind to people that you want tips from.

Worst experience of my life in a restaurant. At the entrance they tell me "You can't enter", we have a "dress code" to respect. All this because I had pants with two small drawstrings sticking out.(I had been traveling all day to get to Las Vegas and was just so hungry, but I sure wasn't badly dressed.)WE FIGHT AGAINST RACISM EVERY DAY AND WE DON'T LET A PERSON ENTER THE RESTAURANT BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE STYLISH PANTS. SO MUCH FALSENESS AND HYPOCRISY.In the end, since there were 4 of us, they let us in anyway, if it had been up to me I would have left but out of respect for the people I was with I decided not to ruin their dinner.Let's move on to the environment, very nice place, terrible atmosphere if you want to talk to the people at your table because of the very loud music. The food ???Unfortunately I am Italian and in Italy my family and I have a large company supplying very high quality meat and therefore I will give very precise information on the food found here.Your meat is HORRIBLE!I advise you to leave everything alone, because the quality was terrible.I'm so used to eating meat raised in the middle of nature that I would recognize meat subjected to ? .The "meat" eaten in this restaurant stays on your stomach for a week!Prices are in line with the city in which the restaurant is located, $160 per person.Having said that, I wouldn't go back to you even for freeYou have a lot to learn, both in respect for people and in cooking because it's not your thing!Ah, from the trousers you didn't like, the money has come out to pay your bill!PS: your dress code is hilarious.Since there were people in tank tops and hats present!SHAME ON YOU ?I do not recommend this restaurant.
