Ton Shou Premium Katsu & Izakaya

Delicious! The rice comes in a pressure cooker, to ensure you have fresh rice every time ☺️ I got the pork tenderloin katsu and the meat was juicy, the panko was light and airy. Miso soup was also quite different from other places. Totally recommend! Love the vibe and tasteful atmosphere, and they have a dinner menu after 5pm with an extensive menu of yakitori and sushi. Would love to come back and try! Oh and the tuna tartare was delicious as well ??

This was the best tonkatsu I’ve ever had! The breading was so crispy, the sauce was perfect with it and the miso soup was so delicious! 10/10 will come back again! ✨✨

This is where we always pregame before going to the strip. Just word of advice- if you want sushi or anything from the grill - it wont be available until 5pm! Service is always stellar and food is consistently good. Katsu is always a default dish to order and even the tomato (izakaya) was good! We also tried the matcha brownie with ube ice cream and If you've never had matcha brownie in your life - YOU NEED TO TRY IT!

Parking: We always Lyft/Uber when going to this complex - parking is a pain and difficult to find a spot.
