Wow, amazing French dip sandwich at a fraction of the price of local Las Vegas fare. Roast beef was so fresh, no grizzle, super tender. Bread was also fresh, and the au ju seasoning delicious. Don’t pay more for less!

Our family came in at 12:20 and we had an event at 1:30. It should’ve been plenty of time to get lunch, but for some reason, we had to wait all the way until 1:20 to actually get the food. We ordered 4 sandwiches and weren’t informed that the chicken sandwiches would take particularly long to make, so if you go here, be prepared for a wait if you get chicken. The order of orders also got mixed up, since a couple parties that ordered after us got their food before us. We also requested 2 sandwiches with no ranch, and they confirmed the “no ranch” but instead got all of them generously filled with ranch, which made me queasy afterward and not enjoy the sandwich as much. That being said, the chicken and roast beef were both delicious, and the salad was flavorful. The sandwiches are also priced fairly and have a lot of ingredients in general (ordered the cali). If you don’t mind the wait, this restaurant was great. Overall, the food was honestly great, but the experience of coming in with an hour but having to scarf down all the food in 7 minutes was unpleasant.

Ordered a beef & cheese sandwich, onion rings, and beer. Cashier delivered the order to my table outside on the patio, but when I asked for ketchup — he replied it’s inside and walked back to his post at the register. I had tipped him 18% of my bill but he refused to bring me some ketchup. Really!?!?! Pathetic!

Didn't want to spend $60 on a pizza and wound up finding this GEM!!! The lady who worked here was absolutely wonderful, you can play big jenga outside, great burgers and good music playing. If you're in Vegas on the strip and not sure where to eat, THIS IS YOUR SIGN EAT HERE.

The Roast Beef Sandwich tastes soso, and the atmosphere inside is not that good,overall if you are not starving don’t try it.

If you are looking for an outstanding beef sandwich, this should suit your needs. I tried the Black and Blue and the Horse and Hole and both were fantastic. The buns were awesome, the toppings were great and in proper portion, and the beef was excellent. Makes me want to learn what they do in the kitchen so I can make better roast beef. Got the dirty fries too and they were excellent. Prices are what you would expect, though overall the food is better than most nearby food offerings.
I was assisted by Giovanna, who was quite friendly and helpful. She really made the visit a delight, she is quite funny. The location is very clean and has really nice A/C in the enclosed room. Restrooms are very clean. Entrance, seating, and restrooms are accessible.
While this isn't a place to take a first date, it could easily accommodate a large group of people, to-go is also an option. I hope to return next time I am in Vegas.

Vegetarian options: Go elsewhere, you will not have much options aside from the salad. Imagine the fries and tots are cooked in the same oil as the chicken.

Parking: Park at a casino nearby, no street parking.

Kid-friendliness: Not really, they got tots, going to need a kid that isn't picky.

They won't give us water for medicine.They charge extra for anything.No refills and poor costumer service.Food is decent but not coming back!

Upon stepping up to order the cashier was looking at her phone and didn't acknowledge us at all. I thought maybe she was busy so I waited until she looked up but again no acknowledgement. We tried asking simple questions regarding items on the menu for guy the life of us we couldn't understand with her thick accent. Then the pay-pad wasn't working correctly and again it was difficult to understand what she was saying on regards to paying. The cashier kept showing me his to to the largest amount. My wife says I over tip constantly but for the first in years I didn't tip. Also it's not as if she's a waitress, running around getting our orders, drinks and foodetc., she's just pressing buttons and someone else is cooking the meals. The food was just as good as Arby's but nothing special even though it's over priced. There's so many other options in this area in Vegas that have great customer service and better food so I would avoid this place and go somewhere where they want your business.

Delicious! Large sandwiches freshly made, curly fries hot from the fryer, great value for the money. We're here on vacation, if we were local we'd eat here all the time! (We went 2x today!)

Empty place, almost closed. I went for the Philly Cheesesteak. Absolutely nothing major. There are endless options in Vegas better than this. Anyway, run away.
