Tyler W is the best! He served us with great professionalism & friendliness. But, aside from that, we love tropical smoothie for their delightfully healthy, tasty smoothies & edible straws. Our experiences have always been pleasant and sometimes comical, like the time I paid and drove away without our order! The kids didn't let me get far! Lol. Our favorite drinks so far are: Mocha Madness Beach Bum Bahama Mama

So my husband and I went here to grab a quick bite but because my hubby is a HOISE we ended up ordering 8-10 things. Most places get confused when you order more than 3 and end up screwing up the order but the team on this day did an EXCELLENT job of communicating exactly what we ordered back to us AND got back to us quickly. I wish I would've got their names they need credit.

The smoothie was so watered down that I’d rather make some at home. It was like drinking juice with ice in it. Definitely not what I’m accustomed to.

I appreciate this location I was out running errands on my day off and really needed a healthy Spot to just grab something quick and The man is working and it seems by himself. I know a lot of places are short staffed but I am so grateful they’re here and he did an amazing job.

Worse customer service ever. They are slow and inconsistent. The female in charge is nasty & disrespectful. The person at the register was checking her text messages while I stood in front of her waiting to be spoken too. All Bad!!
I walked in and I was greeted. Used the bathroom and it was clean. Ordered my smoothie and they made it very fast and the smoothie was smacking ! The customer service was good also! Keep up the good work

I order drive thru. Was told they had two big orders, and would have a little wait. I didn’t mind. It didn’t take to long. I had some issues in the past, but today I try again, and could tell the two people we’re trying to make it better , and friendly. Keep up the good work ?
