Everything was good until I started to drink up plastic! Ordered ahead pick up was easy, store clean everyone very friendly. Just shit happens.

I ordered the Detox Island Green, and it was delicious. The place is a little hidden. Come try guys, it's super clean, and the staff are so helpful and courteous.

Outstanding service

I called in because both of my orders in the past two days were incorrect. I asked to speak to the manager and the young lady says she’s the manager and she proceeds to ask me at what time did I place my order so I told her give me a second so I can check, after a few seconds, she thought she put me on hold and called me stupid and when she realize that she did not put me on mute, hung up the phone and must have unplugged the line for the rest of the night because once I called back immediately for the next 10 minutes I kept calling, and the line was busy! If she really was the manager, it explains why this restaurant is a hot mess! Because she sounded like an intern from McDonald’s, not a professional manager! Will not give my money to this location ever again!

Their employees don't know the rules. I called to see if my drinks could be remade due to a neighboring tropical smoothie screwing up my drinks 2 times. The lady on the phone said yes, I could bring it to them to remake it. Then I get there and spoke to the "manager," all of a sudden they couldn't remake it. Mind you, I have done this before at a completely different location, and it was no problem. I truly don't understand why anyone would spend their money here anymore. Tropical smoothie was a great smoothie company. Now they all suck, smoothies taste like crap and no one cares. Yet, always want to charge us more and more money. I will NOT be coming here or to any tropical smoothie.

The açaí bowl’s açaí base and granola was completely frozen, so it was pre-made. Just go to Jamba and order the same thing—at least you can observe them making the base, and Jamba adds on twice as much fruit for the same price.

This location always has horrible service. I have been 3 times. Never again. This time I ordered using the app and my order never showed up. I called and ebony the manager yelled and cussed me out. What in the world is wrong with this place. Never again. Emailed to say it was never received and all they could do was refund the order without even an apology for the mouth the manager has who cussed me out when I was the one who didn’t get my food.

This location really needs new management the employees are not up to par. The farm rd location is great.

I've been going to Tropical Smoothie Cafe for years now and have never had a bad experience. The service has always been great. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they always make sure my order is just right. I love their smoothies and wraps, they are always fresh and delicious. I highly recommend Tropical Smoothie Cafe to anyone looking for a healthy and tasty meal or snack. I will definitely continue to be a loyal customer for years to come.

They are an anti white establishment. They don't like serving whites and it shows. Don't believe me? Go see for yourself. Order just a smoothie and watch multiple orders that come in after you've already placed and order get handed out while whitey gets served last. Haven't gone to this or any tropical smoothie in years just for that reason. Nothing has changed.
