Tropical Smoothie Cafe

The service was abysmal, but the smoothie almost made up for it. Placed my order in the app at 11:17 AM. My order was supposed to be ready at 11:25 or so. I’m not sure how long I stayed at the online pickup counter, but the cashier ignored me to the best of her ability only offering an apprehensive glance at the pickup sign when I spoke to her. Of the three people visible, I was finally able to connect with someone who came from the kitchen area at 11:38. I asked if they were still working on my order, and she said she would check. Moments later she returned with my smoothie and said yes they were still working on my quesadilla. I waited 10 or 15 more minutes before kitchen staff checked a bag that had been sitting there since before I arrived. Lo and behold, there was my quesadilla and apple! Employees barely acknowledged their problem. The food was edible, and I would’ve rated it higher had it been still warm and not ruined with rosemary. That is just a personal preference, but the Mexican nomenclature lulled me into a fault sense of security vis a vis seasonings. Also, the salsa was bizarrely horseradish flavored. The Granny Smith was great. Apparently, somebody’s granny needs to train these people on how to people.

Made me an island green smoothie and it was literally ALL water. And I had the big cup. He did two big scoops of ice and liquid water, maybe two pieces of greens and a small amount of fruit. Im like this is about to taste just like water, and it did lol

I try this place every two years - that’s how long it takes me to remember that it takes 30 mins to get a smoothie. Terribly slow if you don’t do pickup very far ahead

Food poisoning from their Thai chicken wrap. No apology, no refund. I spoke to 3 managers not one of them acted concerned I got sick and they had no clue how to do a refund. It’s been a week and I spoke to Dez, Jasma and Ripley. Dine at your own risk and be prepared to get the run around. Worst customer service and experience ever. Clean your store and do better

Throughly annoyed with staff today. I got in line with one lady in front of me. & no one else in the cue after me. After the lady in front finishes her order I thought I’d be next but two other woman walked in before my turn arises and I get ignored by staff and skipped in line although I’ve clearly been there before the other two woman walked in. Staff proceeds to take the order of the lady that arrived after me so I left. Genuinely disappointed and annoyed.

Walked in today to get smoothies and walked out with $25 tropical waters. I always order the same drinks but these tasted watered down with little flavor. Will not be returning to this location.

This place is the closest to me, and I keep trying to give them a chance. If it's not getting my order right, it's these young kids with the worst customer service. I think i'll drive a lil further the next time. For me to be referred to as a girl from a girl is crazy. But after them making 6 smoothies and two of them were ordered while I was there waiting for my pick up order, I finally got my bowl.🙄

Google page says that there's a drive-thru which there's not. So I drove all the way here for nothing because I cannot come inside because I have my dogs. Thank you for wasting my time

Nice experience. I got the detox smoothie. It was good. Service was good. My granddaughter got tge Bahama Mama. She said it was good.

Everything was good until I started to drink up plastic! Ordered ahead pick up was easy, store clean everyone very friendly. Just shit happens.
