Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I really use to love this place because it was 24hours. But for the past couple months it’s been horrible. The drive thru ended up giving me some one else meal and I drove all the way home with it. I called the restaurant and they took down my name and number and said come back any day and we will give you the correct meal. Sadly when I came back 2 days later they didn’t even know what I was taking about. Said my name wasn’t even on their list! I was so mad I ended up just leaving it alone. But now that work near the location I tried to give them another go, me and a few of my co- workers ordered online and one of us was going to go pick it up. I ordered the chicken chipotle flatbread with lays chips and a bahama mama. There was a deal going on that if u bought a bowl or sandwich u get a free smoothie if you are a rewards member. For some strange reason the coupon wasn’t added so I tried to call the store to see if she can somehow fix it.No one answered I called like 10x but still nothing. My co worker went and got our food and she tried to explain the situation about the coupon not being added and if she can help us with the situation. The night shift worker Cathy said quote on quote I’m sorry but that had nothing to do with me while closing the drive thru window to retrieve the rest of the orders. Cathy was so rude she kept closing the drive thru window on us while we tried to talk to her about the situation and even when we were asking for a side of chipotle sauce for our meal. When I received my smoothie I drunk a little and noticed it didn’t really have a taste to it. Like it was just ice. I looked closer a noticed the color was off also….. this was horrible and I really wanted my smoothie

I did drive-thru today September 12th 5:00 p.m.. The guy working the window. I think his name is Sebastian. Per my receipt. The guy was awesome. Efficient, friendly. Kudos to him! In the afternoon team. I didn't feel like I waited too long from placing my order to paying to getting the smoothies. So kudos, kudos. Kudos! Ps. The apple pie seasonal smoothie is Delicious

We enjoyed our visit and our smoothie was out of this world. What a chai banana boost smoothie. Totally recommend it and Tropical smoothie 💯👍

I placed an order online and paid for it drove all the way here and no one is here!!! It says it’s supposed to be open. I have wasted my time and money I am pissed

I put a mobile order in to pick up at this location. No one was working to pick at the store. The drive thru is supposed to be 24 hrs. It is a Sunday 11:27pm

Peanut paradise w/ whey protein, Baja chicken wrap. DELICIOUS!!! Great way to get a healthier diet going. So much other good stuff on the menu I've yet to try but will update.

Acai bowls here are 10/10. Visited here in Vegas for the first time and I just saw they have Topical Smoothie Cafes in Miami as well, going there soon for sure! Jalapeno corn was good too.

Terrible service. Ordered a delivery earlier in the day and didn’t get all my items. After calling the location at least 12 times with no response I decided to go the location in the afternoon. I let the cashier know what happened just for him to argue with me that it wasn’t him (didn’t say it was nor did I care) I just wanted my item I didn’t receive. Arguing for a few minutes so I “wouldn’t give him a bad review”. Don’t come here it’s always something.

My family and I have been to this specific location a few times. The food and drinks are usually fine but the service is always AWFUL every. single. time. Every person in there is rude and unhappy and I have never seen anyone smile. My family and I racked up a $50 tab and my husband who is a VETERAN asked for military discount (which we’ve always received) and the girl at the window told us she couldn’t give us a discount unless he was in UNIFORM!!! I can understand if your location doesn’t want to offer it but you have before so to just flat out lie is wild. We will never go back to this location and honestly I don’t understand why any of these people even work here if they’re that unhappy.

Multiple bad experiences, I'm convinced most of these employees go to work high on non-state approved scheduled narcotics.
