Vegetarian options: Went in think store was full vegan. Ordered smoothie which i believe was pb and banana breakfast i also think was but flatbread i ordered had real chicken. Need to disclose dietary. You disclose real peanuts etc.but fail to disclose real chicken. Having a veggie wrap with eggs lacks common sense.

The man at the window doesn't speak English well and requires you to come to the window to order which slows everything down. He's occasionally alone so going inside doesn't help either. This location used to be good but it's awful lately.

And I had to go inside to order. Non of the employees can normally speak English, they ask us to order “at the window” not bcs a speaker didn’t work, but bcs the person didn’t know what “oats” is.

The drive thru smells like diarrhea

Waited in the drive through line almost 20 minutes for one smoothie! There was only one other car in line. When they finally came to the window they didn’t even know what I had ordered and I had to repeat it. This is my first and last time at this location. What a mess. The drink was fine.

Stop hiring these people from foreign countries they get orders wrong and can barely speak or understand English, but then again they are cheap labor so I understand 🙄

As a vegetarian, when I order a veggie wrap that doesn't list any meat in it, I expect it not to have meat in. I'm not sure what type of vegetable chicken is, but I'm willing to bet chicken is not a vegetable. Don't quote me on that. I also tried to call and they didn't answer. For 32$, I expect to be give what I pay for. I'll just never go again.

I will say my food was not disappointing, however, there was peanut butter all over the outside/inside and under the bag. So when I placed it on my lap, I had food smeared all over my black slacks for work.

The two people I interacted with at this location could only say online only and then mumbled stuff in another language... I don't know whats going on here but I would not trust anything coming from this location.

This location DOES NOT participate in the Happy Hour stated on the tropical smoothie website. The employees weren't rude about it when I showed them and brought it up so that's why I'm giving 4 stars.

There’s always a problem at most tropical smoothies locations, especially this particular one. It’s either cc does not work or no change for cash and always slow service. What kind of business do you guys run?? Dont expect good service if you go and bring cc and cash just in case neither one works.

this is the worst place i’ve been to in my entire life. the lady just stood there and didn’t take our order when we stood there for twenty minutes. they didn’t even take our cute coupon book when we paid 25 dollars for it. 0/10 would not
