When we walked in we were not greeted, but my smoothie was great! Blended just perfectly!

When we first walked into the store the employee was on facetime talking to someone. It took her forever to take our order and when she finally acknowledged us, she acted like we interrupted her. Then when she started taking our order she would walk away and then come back in the middle of the order. The order was correct however, my friend ordered the Acai bowl, and it was so frozen that she could not even put her spoon in it and when she requested something else, she said the bowl was supposed to be like that and ultimately after going back and forth she gave her something else and went back to her facetime. It was 8:47pm and she came to our table and told us we had to leave because she was closing at 9pm. We collected our things, and we all were talking in front of the store and she acted like we were trying to rob the place and kept coming to stare at us and then all of a sudden security drove by with their lights blaring which was odd. We felt targeted and embarrassed someone would do that. I am a director of HR in fast food, and I was appalled someone who is customer facing acted in such a manner. I frequent Tropical smoothie, but this made me have second thoughts. We ordered in the restaurant, but she took our order in the drive thru area which is what was reflected on our receipt instead of dine in. It will be a long time before I go to a Tropical Smoothie again.

Great food and drinks but it's hard to order because they talk fast and she didn't understand what I was saying in English.

Staff are nice. I just wish I would have been informed that the smoothies have about 60 grams of sugar and more in them. It’s odd that anyone would even add sugar to a smoothie that has fruit in it. It’s clear the company does not care about health. I did not find out about the sugar until purchasing my smoothie and read about it online. I just dumped it. If I wanted all of that sugar I would have gotten a milkshake from McDonald's. I feel bad for anyone who is on a health journey or simply cannot handle high amounts of sugar… thinking they are doing something good for them… when in reality they are better off drinking a soda. The smoothie has about 90 grams of sugar total but about 62 grams off ADDED sugar. I bet most people don’t think that a smoothie that is marketed as healthy would even contain added sources of sugar. The company should get rid of the added sugar completely… the big issue is that the ingredient list did not say there was sugar in it anywhere.. it just talked about all of the healthy ingredients. This is unethical and the owner of the company should be ashamed. I don’t even want to know what is in their food here. Also I do not blame the staff.. I know they just need money and are there for a pay check.

They gave us the food and the sweet potatoes were cold. I informed them and the girl put her unloved hand over the potatoes and reheated the potatoes and handed them to me. She was one of the cashier.

I looooove all the tropical smoothie cafés in vegas. Everyone I go to have really quick service. The staff is always courteous. The environment is always welcoming, and the smoothies are off the chain!!!! My favorite is the chia banana boost with no dates and add whey!

Rude and disrespectful!

I just ordered a peanut paradise with whey protein and extra yogurt as well as a peanut butter cup with extra peanut butter and I just need to say to the whole world and all the staff, that they were the best smoothies in existence. We’ve been coming for years and these are some of the best, if not the actual best, smoothies we’ve had. Perfectly blended. Not too chunky or watery. Perfect taste. Heavenly. Whoever made them deserves a raise.

They are selling prepaid açaí bowls that are frozen so you cannot even eat them. I did not come there to get food for later so tell the clients that or ask if they want a fresh one made.

I’m not a reviewer, but this place is AWFUL! Never open on time. Does not accept cash. Can only serve if you speak the same language as the server. Really??!! You can’t help ALL customers? ?‍♀️
