QUITE OBVIOUSLY NOT THE FAULT OF THE EMPLOYEES AS THEY SEEM TO BE DOING THEIR VERY BEST W WHAT LITTLE THEYVE BEEN PROVIDED. ALL OF YOUR STORES SEEM TO HAVE A THEME OF SHORT STAFFED, UNDER SUPPLIED AND UNDER MANAGED. THOSE EMPLOYEES DESERVE BETTER AND SO DO YOUR CUSTOMERS.

It has now been 45 minutes in the drive thru waiting on an order to pick up, and we still haven’t received our order. Are you guys kidding me? Ok your short on staff and I only know this because I tried to go inside but the front door was locked and a note on it saying they were short on staff, BUT 45 MINUTES for three vehicles including mine!! This has got to be the worst and most longest drive thru experience I have ever had! What is the hold up? Why is it so hard to make a smoothie man. Don’t waste your time coming here unless you got a whole hour to waste.

Drive thru... 1 Smoothie!! 1 car in front of me and I had to wait 7 mins to ORDER, just to get my order in. The person asked me to hold on twice. He was nice but is he all alone inside? Then another 12mins to get my 1 smoothie! At almost $5 per gallon of gas, Im thinking that was a very expensive smoothie!!! I see why you have a NOW HIRING sign posted on the window! Couldnt the 1 car with their food order been asked to move up so I could get my 1 smoothie? Painful! PS... Im actually sitting here in the drive thru typing this review! I visit Teooical Smoothie all over with my job, but this is one location I cant come back to. Btw... Its going on 20 mins total. Is this acceptable??UPDATE: Thought the person was walking towards the window with my drink butnope, it wasnt so 20 mins and I drove AWAY!!

I agree with hating cats review. Had the same problem with the same employee. I was with my 8 year old son , I’m pregnant and we were waiting 20 mins for a kids smoothie and mine. Then when I politely asked , he was doing all these hand movements like Im a child speaking rudely in front of customers saying they’ve been in the blender ? I told him I understand theyre understaffed and under pressure but don’t speak to me like I’m a child and I want my money back. He refused , slid my smoothies to me and my son and they were so watery and dripping everywhere. I threw them away and reported him to corporate. You guys need to do a customer service class or anger management

I stood there for 10minutes to pick up my order. They ignored me and acted like I wasn't there the entire time.I have now also ordered food with hair in it. I'm done with this location. It's a disgrace to the franchise.No communication on the situation not even to tell me if they have my order or not. Then continues to ignore me then speaks to everyone in Spanish like we don't understand her.

Lil dude that look like Travis Scott must be slow. Took him longer than 30 minutes to make a smoothie, had to go and couldn’t even grab it. Buddy ain’t makin nothing with that work ethic. Need my refund and you need better workers.

I am currently 20 minutes into the drive-thru and there was only one person ahead of me and I still haven’t been acknowledged. There are only two employees handling all of the orders and food prep. What the owner is trying to save on the cost of hiring more help, they are going to lose on repeat business. This is nuts.

I have tried to order from this location 4 different times since I moved to this side of town two years ago. They never get it right. They are always out of something so they can’t make my order. Or they keep staffing so short the customer service is terrible. Today I tried ordering one of those new bowls, and again out of an ingredient. I did get a refund from DoorDash because this restaurant restaurant is useless

Watered down smoothies, ordered a turkey bacon ranch sandwich and there was no bacon or lettuce. Didn’t have the cranberry truffle or sun chips. None of the employees speak clear English, wait time was 30 mins plus. My meal was 24$, gave the employee 30 and she didn’t give me my money back. Had to remind her I gave her 30$. All bad, worst tropical smoothie location.

Zero Stars! Delivery driver forgot half my items and blamed it on the cafe. I called the cafe and they were no help, they said theres nothing they can do, they couldnt even process my refund! So now I have half the food I paid for. Customer service from the driver and the cafe was terrible and non-helpful!!!

Went to this location today because the flamingo one is closed.. Decided to go inside because drive through line was a little long. There was only 2 employees and it was packed also over year they got a big online order. The Manager was super nice and although under those circumstances they still didn’t treat customers in a bad or with attitude.. I believe they should have been at least 3-4 employees because there is no humanly way possible they can finish everything in a timely matter it’s fresh smoothies and food the OWNER should be more considerate to his employees and in return customers. For the price of those smoothies I’m sure they can afford to have at least 3 employees on the busy shifts l. But other than that everything was great and customer service was too.
