Brought my family in for an açaí bowl. The girl behind the counter ignored us and stood there texting on her phone instead of taking our order. When we asked if she was ready, her response was that she was waiting for us. She then went back to her phone. Obviously customer service is not their high point. Didn’t get a chance to try the food. Decided if she didn’t care if we were there, that we could do better. Worst service I’ve had in Vegas.

Everything else is to be expected from a tropical smoothie, but don’t waste your money on the kale slaw. It’s just carrots, dressing, and apples. And it’s drenched in dressing
I must have came on the right shift because both employees were extremely helpful. There was an mobile app order error to a different location. Other location wouldn’t resolve, these employees handled it without hesitation.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this is starting to get annoying, I purposely order in advance so I can stop in, get my food and continue working but every time i order at this location they seem to never have it ready and I still have to wait which defeats the purpose of even ordering online. Nothing to complain about on the food and drinks though.
