I went the the tropical smoothie location located at 6555 S Jones Blvd #110, Las Vegas, NV 89118 around 2:30 pm on 9/19 and the store was empty the lady that was supposed to be upfront was smoking and talking in the phone, she saw me and then she went into her car, please see picture attached. And another customer got there and she went where we were and she told us they were very behind like 45 minutes to and hour and her manager told her not to take orders for an hour. And she also stated that she didn’t have any change for cash. This sounded like a lie because I could see their screen in the store and they didn’t have orders, they had food and fruits. And also they were behind in orders? If so why she was outside smoking and on her phone instead of preparing all this orders? I was standing there for almost 20 minutes, she saw me and she didn’t do anything until the other customer arrived

My car broke down, so i went to Tropical Smoothie to wait for the service truck and Essence, was very gracious and helpful. As I sat there waiting I observed her work ethic , she remained busy at all times and greeted every customer with a smile. She is truly a hard worker, if I owned a business I would truly hire her. Keep up the great job.

My biggest complaint is they never answer phone. When I order I’m usually at work so I order delivery through there app and anytime something is wrong or missing (mainly missing) I can’t get ahold of them for my refund. So in other words am I ordering for me to eat or for yaw to forget my food and still take my money! I’ve called 20 times in the last 1 hour and a half and no answer

Poor management, only scheduling one employee here. Phenomenal employee “Zac” held it down.

He was incredibly apologetic and sweet even tho stressed with multiple customers and to go orders and uber eats orders. More sweet genuine employees like him he was so kind but hurt to see him so stressed.

Schedule more people on shift your a chain do better management, your “Team” deserves a team and a raise.

I waited for about five minutes in line. No one in front of me and I wasn’t greeted when I came in and then they informed me that they had a big order to work on so they couldn’t take mine.

The smoothies are delicious, and the food is pretty yummy too… IF you get lucky enough to actually be served. After being turned away multiple times by staff claiming they are too busy with online orders, I started ordering online and have waited over an hour to pick up my order that the app said would be ready in 15 minutes. HIRE SOME MORE STAFF! Or close this location and double the staff at another nearby location. It’s ridiculous to be open if you can’t even take customers. And at least update the app to say it won’t be ready for an hour.

No one was in the front when we got there. It took about 5 minutes for anyone to show up. My husband got the paradise point smoothie and it tasted like nothing . I had to go back and have add more fruit. Tracy had no customer service whatsoever. Rude and unprofessional. Jones and 215. Jamba Juice is so much better than tropical Smoothie.

It's probably one of the best smoothies I think I've ever had. I got the Bkueberry bliss: blueberry, strawberry, and banana. Not one flavor is overbearing. You can taste them all. It's very refreshing.
Also, I had the bacon chicken ranch flatbread. Delicious. Highly recommend !!!!

I tried to give this location a fair shot, but this was just ridiculous. I placed a Uber Eats order for a smoothie and a food bowl. The first delivery only brought the smoothie. I assumed it was a driver mistake (maybe they didn’t double check the order) and reordered the missing bowl separately. That second order? They sent me another smoothie with a timestamp from nearly 3.5 hours earlier (7:49 PM, item 3 of 3), even though I placed the order around 11:15 PM.

The second driver even told me he tried to explain to the staff that it wasn’t the right order, but the woman working there gave him attitude and insisted it was correct. He said he reported it on the app, and I did as well

This isn’t the first issue either. I've stopped in a few times before on my way to work, and the staff is consistently unfriendly. I’m done with this location and will tell others at work to avoid it as well.

Don’t waste your time here. Understaff af walked inside ordered didn’t get my smoothie or food for 30 mins. When I did get my food it was made terribly missing ingredients. Won’t ever come back to this location !
