Tropical Smoothie Cafe

It's probably one of the best smoothies I think I've ever had. I got the Bkueberry bliss: blueberry, strawberry, and banana. Not one flavor is overbearing. You can taste them all. It's very refreshing.
Also, I had the bacon chicken ranch flatbread. Delicious. Highly recommend !!!!

I tried to give this location a fair shot, but this was just ridiculous. I placed a Uber Eats order for a smoothie and a food bowl. The first delivery only brought the smoothie. I assumed it was a driver mistake (maybe they didn’t double check the order) and reordered the missing bowl separately. That second order? They sent me another smoothie with a timestamp from nearly 3.5 hours earlier (7:49 PM, item 3 of 3), even though I placed the order around 11:15 PM.

The second driver even told me he tried to explain to the staff that it wasn’t the right order, but the woman working there gave him attitude and insisted it was correct. He said he reported it on the app, and I did as well

This isn’t the first issue either. I've stopped in a few times before on my way to work, and the staff is consistently unfriendly. I’m done with this location and will tell others at work to avoid it as well.

Don’t waste your time here. Understaff af walked inside ordered didn’t get my smoothie or food for 30 mins. When I did get my food it was made terribly missing ingredients. Won’t ever come back to this location !

i was greeted by essence and have never received such great customer service. she works alone and yet got all 3 of our orders out in less than 15 minutes. not only that, she held conversation with us and overall gave us a great experience.

Best customer service i ever had, her name is essence and she is a hard working and very polite woman, if you come here look for essence!!

First time coming here really enjoyed it great worker name was Essence I got a mango smoothie very good. Overall very good experience.

Smoothie was terrible wasted my money. The workers don't know how to make a proper smoothie. Flavor was way off and I get Tropical smoothie all the time. Skip this location.

The worst place ever ! Customer service sucks! They have attitude ! They are slow and are taking forever to make a smoothie ! They hate their job ! Nasty attitude!

The food is always an A+ but today when I went in this location it was a mother and son, Zach forgot to ask me what side I wanted for my chicken pesto, which was no big deal, I go to ask the mom if I could have BBQ chips for my side, and she processed to get mad at her son for not asking what side I wanted, and the son kept constantly saying sorry. I felt so bad for him, like he made a small little mistake that was easily fixable and mom made big deal over it. Poor kid apologized to me after and he looked like he was crying. I hope mom didn't treat him like that often at work or home.
