This place is absolute TRASH…Do not waste your time here. The food sucks, the service is even worse. We were in there for 10 minutes before anyone even said anything to us at the counter and we were the only ones in there.

Terrible smoothie! And there was some unrecognizable junk at the bottom of my smoothie. Chunks of ice were loaded throughout the smoothie, like their blenders are no good. Service was solid but the food and drink were terrible, I’m looking for a refund for this junk at the bottom of my smoothie! They got me in there with the coupon deal and now I wanna throw up

Ordered ahead through the app, arrived only to find out this location moved some time ago. Could not for the life of me find the new location cause I was in a hurry, and when I tried calling to either get help finding them or have my order cancelled nobody answered.

So currently I've paid for an order I never received because they can't update their Google maps info

Edit: I was able to find the correct location a few hours later and although nobody ever answered the phone despite multiple tries, on arriving they remade my order without any trouble.

Tldr: the google map pin is wrong but the address listed is correct and it's actually 1 block east of the pin next to Gerardos. They remade my order quickly and without issue later in the day when I pulled up although not the most friendly they got it done.

I went to this location on 8/18/2025 at 9pm.
There were two girls working the night shift and I have never experience such HORRIBLE, UNPLEASANT and RUDE customer service in my life. I was here with my husband and 8 year old daughter and as always said “hello, how are you?” To the lady that was working the cashier and she didn’t even greeted us AT ALL, no “hello” “hi” absolutely nothing. She didn’t say a word to us while taking our order and her face was like she hated working there. Even my 8 year old said “ I can tell she is having a bad day”. The lady that was making our food came to the table and dropped our bag with an attitude. They didn’t even talk to each other the whole time we were eating there. I won’t be coming back to this tropical smoothie.

Update today 08/12/25 whoever the employee that was working there today. Door's lock for one which is tacky Your guys are 24 hours its 6P. M. And another tacky thing is that this person didn't have the decency to say thank you. Hello, what can I get you is all I got and then when I see hair all over my cup and ask this person to get me another drink and get that taken care of All they did was go and really wipe it off which is disgusting. I don't know what you're doing up and here but it seems pretty nasty. I hate that I got this drink. I really want my money back, but I'm gonna contact a manager and I'm just Disgusted by the customer service and the fact that I had hair on my cup.This location is just disgusting the people and the service. /Greetings! I normally have a good experience but when you have employees in the store that can't handle simple task it is a problem. I have points and gave Sidney exactly what I wanted and with me having 550 points I would have to pay the different for the supplements but the young lady whatever she did mess something up, she couldn't call a manager. I couldn't redeem my coupon so I couldn't get my smoothie. So right now I'm a little pissed off right now because I had my heart set up on the smoothie and you have employees that work here that are less than adequate. So it seems like it's an issue that she didn't want to handle because now she's getting ready to leave out the store. I guess she is getting off work. So hopefully you guys can get this resolved because I'm not only going to leave a review on here but I'm going to contact corporate too. Employees should not only be able to contact a manger if there is a issue but also be trained to handle certain situations.

I placed an online order and came to pick it up, but the doors were locked. I went through the drive-thru, and someone on the intercom said their systems were down and they couldn’t take orders. Which was a complete lie. I told them I had already placed an online order and asked if it went through. They said, “OK, go ahead and come to the window.”

When I pulled up, no one greeted me or brought my food. I noticed an employee sitting outside hanging out with another person. That same employee eventually handed me my food, food that clearly wasn’t prepared ahead of time for my scheduled pickup. It was made only after I got to the window.

It’s frustrating because it feels like they hire young teenagers who don’t care about their job. Most Tropical Smoothie locations in Las Vegas all seem to be the same, front doors locked so customers can’t sit inside, slow service, and employees who act like they’d rather be anywhere else. The food and smoothies are good, but the service is consistently terrible. I would suggest the Henderson locations.

Wrong location on Google Maps. The location pin mark on Google Maps is actually for The Coffee Bean at West Flamingo. I decided to leave but I later checked Apple Maps and the location was different from Goggle Maps.

I later drove further and their location on Apple Maps is more accurate. They’re located closer to the freeway near Baskin-Robbins.

I was gonna pick up my order until I was told by the coffee bean manager that they switched locations. So the fact that they never updated their location is crazy to me. I ended up looking for the REAL location for 20 minutes before deciding to just cancel my order. But when I called, no one answered the phone. I called multiple times and there was no response. I felt very scammed.

To the manager, This is bull crap service. Please give me a refund.

Walked in the unlocked front door to grab my order I placed for in store pickup, approached the employee behind the counter who had my completed smoothie in hand. Another employee interrupts and says the store is closed they accidentally left the door unlocked and I need to use the drive through. Rather than just handing me my already completed smoothie and locking the door behind me, they walk me out have me get back in my car and drive around the building to the drive through window to then hand me my smoothie. Flabbergasted by the lack of common sense and basic customer service skills.
