This location is incorrect. I placed an order online and drove to pick it up and the address is a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. I tried calling the phone number 3 times and no one answered. I wasted money, time, and gas trying to give this establishment my business and they can’t even answer the phone during their business hours?? Very unprofessional and unacceptable service. Please contact me for my refund and work on updating your Google and website listing because this is extremely misleading.

I normally don’t write any reviews but this is the second time I ordered my food online and second this happened. My kale salad had a weird smell and not freshed same with the apple that goes with it, my quesadilla is not cut all the way and cheese was not melted at all. My green island smoothie is too watery and cannot taste anything except spinach. I am not sure about the açaí bowl yet. I am really disappointed just because I spend almost 30$ for these foods and just be disappointed with them.

Seems that the District manager Marina Becerra and/or whoever is in charge of payroll cannot resolve mine and other workers payment issues (it’s been two months) So here I am trying to get attention of someone that is competent. The requirements to get this job according to the owner is a good respectful attitude “good vibes” something Marina lacks of… I asked her to resolve this issue via text, she responded with “good luck” and “HAHA” my message. Someone please help me!!!

This place is ridiculously slow. Unbelievable actually. I would have left if we weren't stuck in the drive thru and cars in front and back. It's that slow!

Waited for someone at the drive thru for about five minutes, drove through without ordering and the person was on their phone. Tried to get their attention twice. Also tried calling to find where they were and no one picked up for another 5 minutes. If it's that understaffed close the store.

Seriously I put in a web order and no one is there? What kind of business is this?
Placed an online order and when I went to pick it up there was a minor problem with the order. The gentleman who made the smoothie politely acknowledged the mistake and remade it in under a minute and even let me keep the other one.Mistakes happen, but 5 stars for customer service! It was of course delicious as usual!

They keep the doors clocked during business hours and stare at you from inside without letting you in. I placed a mobile order that cannot be cancelled. When you call the store it rings and rings forever with no pick up. I ordered these to take to the hospital this morning……. Terrible experience.

I did drive through and when I gave the cashier my card she held on to it for a solid 5 minutes before giving it back to me. At one point I even saw her writing something down with a highlighter. It was super suspicious and I've never had a cashier hold on to my card that long. Immediately after I locked it and requested a new one. Don't want to take chances that my card info was written down.. be aware
