STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!
Off of Farm and Durango, north Las Vegas
I’m not one to write reviews but my experience at this location was unacceptable, disgusting, and dangerous.
I’m allergic to dairy and strictly plant based. I ordered a smoothie and a wrap through the drive through with special instructions to remove the cheese and swap out the chicken with the plant based protein. I will say that the girl taking my order through the window was very nice and made sure that my special instructions were on the ticket and noted. I always appreciate people that take allergies and food restrictions seriously (and just do their job) so I tipped on top of that.
After I got my smoothie and wrap I drove to a nearby parking spot to eat. When I opened up the wrap I nearly threw up. Right where they cut the wrap into two parts was a piece of RAW, uncooked chicken. Clearly, it looked like a pink/red fleshy part mixed with a tendon and fat. How on earth did they miss that!
1. This is disgusting, un acceptable, and dangerous for ANYONE. Yes I’m plant based, but those who do eat meat wouldn’t eat this or find this acceptable in any way.
2. I really do hope this wasn’t intentional or some kind of prank by the kid who made my food. Whether it was intentional or an honest mistake, this lack of attention to detail within the food industry can put someone in the hospital. If you can’t pay attention to detail, please go work a job that won’t kill someone or make them sick. It’s crazy, the kid that made my wrap wouldn’t even apologize or look at me when over hearing my conversation with the cashier when I went back inside. No self accountability?
3. My only positive thing to say is that when I went back inside, the original young lady that took my order was very understanding and apologized about the situation. She gave me a refund and offered to make the wrap herself with me watching. Although I appreciate the offer, I was so sacred and put off to consuming anything from that place. Bottom line is that I shouldn’t have to WATCH someone make my food to feel safe. I declined and just took the refund. I even threw away the smoothie when I left because I wasn’t sure who made it and what they may have put in it.
I attached a few photos below that I took before giving the wrap back.
Like I said before, whether it was an honest mistake or intentional please DO BETTER.

Good food and smoothies
This location does not adhere to special instructions like asking for no sugar or adding in a supplement. As someone with a whey allergy I always asks for pea protein, and they almost always put whey in. I usually dont care enough to write a review but this is the third time I've asked for no sugar when they put sugar in. Go to the one on skye canyon instead.

This is the first place to EVER tell me I need to leave a tip at a drive thru. The guy at the window asked while I handed him my card, “do you want to leave a 15% tip?” I said tip? This is a drive thru! He said I can leave a 10% or 15% tip. I have no problem tipping servers, but to get a tip for handing me a drink through a window???

Came in drive thru around 2:23pm and was helped by Natalie. She was super sweet and gave off great vibes! Kept a smile the whole time! Service was fast and I requested a special smoothie and they did not disappoint.

This place is terrible. Looks closed, wrong address on maps, rude employees, and on top of that why the heck are the acai bowls pre-made? If I wanted to wait an hour to eat the acai bowl I ordered right that minute I would've made it myself.
$11 for a pre-made small portion acai bowl is a literal joke, do better.

It is impressive how unintelligent and barely alive the employees are. So incredibly rude as if my existence as a customer is inconveniencing them.

My family and I are frequent customers at this spot but unfortunately today is the last time we will be going to this location. We ordered 4 smoothies and all 4 cups had peanut butter on them. My wife and children are allergic to peanuts and knowing that no
precautions are being taken to ensure there is no cross contamination is a no go for us. When I asked for a refund I also noticed that the staff making the drinks did not have gloves on, I assume the peanut butter was transferred from his unwashed hands when making a drink from a previous order. Allergies should be taken seriously but seeing the carelessness of the staff is a total turn off. I hope management sees this so they can brief the staff on cross contamination and the importance of hand washing.

Love this place, great food and smoothies. You guys gotta start selling juices! I’d love to come here and pick up pretty much all of these smoothies but in a juice form. Especially after a hard workout.

Do you remember as a kid when your parents would water down the drinks they gave you to keep you from having too much sugar, etc..? There was something about the flavor you just KNEW they put extra water in. Today I ordered what was supposed to be a mango smoothie while there with my wife. Oddly she didnt order because I found out later, she already wrote them off. It wasn't until I tasted it I understood. This drink seems devoid of any fruit and tastes like an overworked Kool-Aid. Im sitting here as I type this, regrettably eyeballing the half that remains, and it took me 15 minutes to drive back. Ill put it in the fridge and see if the kids like it.I will say though the drive thru service was good.

My overall experience has been great with food and smoothies; my entire family enjoy TropSmooth. However, I use the drive through regularly a few times a week for the Baja Chicken Wrap and I customize it every time (no cheese, no spicy salsa, substitute with Ranch dressing, light rice extra black bean, double chicken). They make it correctly every time and receipt reflects what I actually ordered. I pay with cash every time and receive correct change every time.
Parking: Plenty of handicap spots, very safe and easy access.

They have a sign in the window saying between 4p.m. and 7p.m. you, but 2 smoothies, you get 1 free. Never had a problem until today. The problem is they get new employees and don't tell them how to use the deal or if the deal if even valid. I've been here multiple times, and I have overlooked the times I got a not so good tasting smoothies. But this was ridiculous the employees didn't want to ask the manager about the deal. I then said, "Well, the deal is on your front door. He then looks, then says Well its not valid anymore. I said it wasn't invalid 4 days ago. This is sad when I was younger tropical smoothie lived up to their name with fresh fruit and great smoothies. Now this company is falling and just raising their prices because of it.

Food and service usually really good. Find it a tad bit pricy but rewards app helps. I love the peanut butter banana crunch wrap with the Mango smoothie. My go to every time.

I have no idea what was happening the night I went to this place, but it was around 8pm and I placed a simple order. I sat at the window waiting for over 10 minutes while the staff kept walking by without saying hi or taking my money, etc. Finally, I got sick of waiting and drove somewhere else. I'm not sure what their problem was, but I'll go to the location at Skye Canyon from now on. Bizarre experience.
