I ordered a smoothie and a bowl but I never got or was charged for the bowl. Also the cashier at the driver thru gave major “I don’t want myself or you to be here” vibes (Breleigh B. as I see on the cup) despite the line only being me and one person in front. She quickly rushed me with my order and was just as quick to close the window.
Other then that, smoothie tasted good ig

As much as I would like to give this star a four-star rating or five I have gone here several times and I did work at tropical smoothie before. This is unacceptable. I tried to be a very specific on some of my orders that I've ordered and my food came back cold, I did not have the right things in my order, and it was rushed as if I was taking up the employees time. I've ask them to make sure that my Thai chicken wrap is wrapped and not cut they don't even know how to wrap their food. The moment I get my food it's completely coming undone. I'm sorry but this is not professional. It doesn't matter how long it takes as long as the food is prepped correctly.
Honestly I just get the smoothies anymore because I don't trust them making the food.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!
Off of Farm and Durango, north Las Vegas

I’m not one to write reviews but my experience at this location was unacceptable, disgusting, and dangerous.

I’m allergic to dairy and strictly plant based. I ordered a smoothie and a wrap through the drive through with special instructions to remove the cheese and swap out the chicken with the plant based protein. I will say that the girl taking my order through the window was very nice and made sure that my special instructions were on the ticket and noted. I always appreciate people that take allergies and food restrictions seriously (and just do their job) so I tipped on top of that.

After I got my smoothie and wrap I drove to a nearby parking spot to eat. When I opened up the wrap I nearly threw up. Right where they cut the wrap into two parts was a piece of RAW, uncooked chicken. Clearly, it looked like a pink/red fleshy part mixed with a tendon and fat. How on earth did they miss that!

1. This is disgusting, un acceptable, and dangerous for ANYONE. Yes I’m plant based, but those who do eat meat wouldn’t eat this or find this acceptable in any way.

2. I really do hope this wasn’t intentional or some kind of prank by the kid who made my food. Whether it was intentional or an honest mistake, this lack of attention to detail within the food industry can put someone in the hospital. If you can’t pay attention to detail, please go work a job that won’t kill someone or make them sick. It’s crazy, the kid that made my wrap wouldn’t even apologize or look at me when over hearing my conversation with the cashier when I went back inside. No self accountability?

3. My only positive thing to say is that when I went back inside, the original young lady that took my order was very understanding and apologized about the situation. She gave me a refund and offered to make the wrap herself with me watching. Although I appreciate the offer, I was so sacred and put off to consuming anything from that place. Bottom line is that I shouldn’t have to WATCH someone make my food to feel safe. I declined and just took the refund. I even threw away the smoothie when I left because I wasn’t sure who made it and what they may have put in it.

I attached a few photos below that I took before giving the wrap back.

Like I said before, whether it was an honest mistake or intentional please DO BETTER.

This location does not adhere to special instructions like asking for no sugar or adding in a supplement. As someone with a whey allergy I always asks for pea protein, and they almost always put whey in. I usually dont care enough to write a review but this is the third time I've asked for no sugar when they put sugar in. Go to the one on skye canyon instead.

This is the first place to EVER tell me I need to leave a tip at a drive thru. The guy at the window asked while I handed him my card, “do you want to leave a 15% tip?” I said tip? This is a drive thru! He said I can leave a 10% or 15% tip. I have no problem tipping servers, but to get a tip for handing me a drink through a window???

I am sitting in the drive way at the location on Eastern and Silverado Ranch in Las Vegas. The staff said they were backup on orders with no one inside or in the driver thru except me and a car behind me. and I HAVE BEEN Waiting 30 MINS NOW... 30 MINS TO EVEN BE GREETED AND GIVE MY ORDER. THIS IS Ridiculous!

Came in drive thru around 2:23pm and was helped by Natalie. She was super sweet and gave off great vibes! Kept a smile the whole time! Service was fast and I requested a special smoothie and they did not disappoint.

This place is terrible. Looks closed, wrong address on maps, rude employees, and on top of that why the heck are the acai bowls pre-made? If I wanted to wait an hour to eat the acai bowl I ordered right that minute I would've made it myself.
$11 for a pre-made small portion acai bowl is a literal joke, do better.

It is impressive how unintelligent and barely alive the employees are. So incredibly rude as if my existence as a customer is inconveniencing them.

My family and I are frequent customers at this spot but unfortunately today is the last time we will be going to this location. We ordered 4 smoothies and all 4 cups had peanut butter on them. My wife and children are allergic to peanuts and knowing that no
precautions are being taken to ensure there is no cross contamination is a no go for us. When I asked for a refund I also noticed that the staff making the drinks did not have gloves on, I assume the peanut butter was transferred from his unwashed hands when making a drink from a previous order. Allergies should be taken seriously but seeing the carelessness of the staff is a total turn off. I hope management sees this so they can brief the staff on cross contamination and the importance of hand washing.
