Tropical Smoothie Cafe

So here’s my issue the first time we came to this location twice first morning we ordered 3 bowls 1 smoothie and a cheese dilla that comes with a side of your choice that was not told to us so we just had the cheese dilla no side everything was good so we Decided to have it again the next morning when we came in the Next morning We ordered exactly the same thing except this time. Selene told us that the cheese dilla came with a side of our choice and I said oh, I ordered the same thing yesterday and never got the side and I told her this twice, and she never even acknowledged what I said I find that very unprofessional and I will not be returning to make another purchase that was a simple fix that should’ve been fixed yet it wasn’t.

They are friendly, and the smoothie had a surprisingly good taste.

Appeasing available selections 24/7 location out of my range so I'll try another time cheers to a developing nation

Smoothie was icy, not smooth as expected. Once it started to melt it was all ice.

Consistently good smoothies, especially the Bahama Mama. This location is small and usually hot inside

Tonight, I got the PB Protein Crunch Bowl, which Included Chobani Greek Yogurt, with peanut butter and honey, bananas, almonds, chia seeds, granola, cocoa nibs, and peanut butter drizzle. Loved it! Good service from the young lady who helped me.

Bri was my cashier and she was pleasantly amazing and her coworker Audrey was super superb with her customer service the food was delicious I had a spinach feta best 1 out of all the brands, I'm headed there to get 1 now...

went here on a night when my appetite was low, and it instantly restored it with a smoothie and some very tasty flatbread :)

great food I just wish the customer service at these places would improve especially when you're spending your hard earned cash to basically pay for a shitty attitude

I go to this tropical smoothie everyday, but it seems like they can’t get the smoothie right I always get a bahama mama with 2 scoops of whey protein and when I get it it’s like they didn’t put any whey in it or just taste like water It wasn’t like this m the ago I don’t know what went wrong!!

Waiting over an hour for an order is bad enough, but what pisses me off more is the attitude of the staffs. I don't even expect them to be overly friendly but not acknowledging your customer by locking the door and ignoring even though I knocked multiple times, is by far the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. No matter how busy you are, shouldn’t you at least tell me to wait instead of straight out ignoring and locking the door? When a staff finally came out of the store, I asked how much longer I have to wait but again no response. Then another 30 minutes of waiting. They didn’t even tell me that my order was done, they just opened the door and stood there, staring at me to come inside and pick it up, left my order all messed up on the table with 2 missing drinks. When I told them I’m missing drinks, they looked at me annoyed. After they brought just the drinks, I asked for 2 straws for it but again the staff ignored me and went to do his own thing.
I never want to go back to that store because of the rude customer service. No one should ever be treated this way.

It's a tropical smoothie, so pretty standard expectation and tastes. The service was quick and polite, will come here again.

Incredibly long wait time and a very humid atmosphere that led to sweat and regret of showing up. Bad communication and a 30 minute wait.
