Will not deliver all your food. Then tell you to email someone cause it’s not their problem. Don’t order delivery. The manager on duty is a straight up liar.

Smoothie was great yesterday morning. Staff was amazing and got my smoothie within few minutes. Very big improvement on few months ago. Good job !

Nick was so kind and remade my smoothie after it fell/exploded at the bus stop, I was devastated cause I only took a sip but I went back and he made my day when he remade my smoothie without question! I love TSC, I am a valued customer and I definitely felt the love today!! Thanks Tropical Smoothie Cafe! :)

They didn’t put chipotle on my flatbreads, and then they wanted to charge me extra for it! The cashier was ignorant!

I would give minus zero if the company says that even when u made an order for two w smoothies and wraps they still want to charge you 27 cents in Las Vegas in summer for a cup of water that’s delusional , how can you even tell your staff to say that is pity. I used to love this place n come here almost everyday but I guess they don’t care about people getting heat stroke

Our experience overall was amazing. Our chai banana boost smoothie was out of this world.

Ordered my usual and eat here often and this was the worst and only worst meal I have received from them. Flat bread was actually soggy due to the OVERWELMING amount of Chipotle sauce. No option on website to put on side so I'm at the mercy of whomever makes it. For the price of these items to have to throw it away makes me sick to my stomach but unfortunately it's truly not edible! Sooooo, tried calling store and no answer. Went to the website on receipt and the store number on the receipt doesn't exist on the website for the survey or hell at this point to speak with anyone. Extremely disappointing because usually no issues.
Maybe an option on the side for sauce would make customers happier 🤷‍♀️

Ps...the paper is folded in have and napkin drenched as I attempted to pat the sauce off. Hot mess!!!

I came by 08/19 10:30 asked for a bowl and she said they only doing smoothies, drove down here for nothing yall need to hire better staff not these lazy kids 🤦🏻‍♂️

Wow, this place is GREAT!! the service is great every time I went in. And we went in 4 times in a week. Lol. Their smoothies are tasty and they are on sale every time you get something to eat. A smoothie and that peanut butter crunch flatbread thing for 10 bucks?? So good I had that 3 times out of 4. Anyway, the staff are great, knew us after we went for the 2nd time so the 3rd and 4th time we were chatting away. All good. 5 stars for sure and I'll be back when I visit LV again.

Order took so long on my chia banana boost, i had 3 customers behind me, and they got their order first before me, so i had to ask my order but then they haven’t started it yet.

Drive thru staff need customer service training, and to learn how to use a card reader machine; why in the world would you think it's ok to ask a customer for their card's pin number?
...Run it as credit, or hold out the machine so they can punch the pin in. Rocket science 🤯

Just waited 20 minutes for one smoothie. The woman taking the order did not speak English well. She rang up an extra smoothie and charged me for it. She couldn’t refund my card so she gave me cash for the other smoothie no receipt of refund. Her perfume was so strong it stuck to the money and my drink and my car smells now.

So here’s my issue the first time we came to this location twice first morning we ordered 3 bowls 1 smoothie and a cheese dilla that comes with a side of your choice that was not told to us so we just had the cheese dilla no side everything was good so we Decided to have it again the next morning when we came in the Next morning We ordered exactly the same thing except this time. Selene told us that the cheese dilla came with a side of our choice and I said oh, I ordered the same thing yesterday and never got the side and I told her this twice, and she never even acknowledged what I said I find that very unprofessional and I will not be returning to make another purchase that was a simple fix that should’ve been fixed yet it wasn’t.

They are friendly, and the smoothie had a surprisingly good taste.
