We got two smoothies from Isaiah B, they were both extremely watered down tasting primarily like water versus the two different flavors we ordered. Very disappointing to spend $20 on some of the worst smoothies we’ve ever had.

If you can just avoid this specific location, they never I repeat never have anything in stock every single time we try to go and ask for the boy we always get. It’s almost a 80% chance that they never have any of the ingredients in stock I would avoid this location and go to any other one nearby and never had any issues only here.

Apparently no bacon no tomato means put it on there and then do a sorry attempt to pick it off.

It always has great smoothies. My only complaint is that they don't open the dining area until 8am, so hate going through the drive thru. It's worth the money though. B+ overall.

I love this place! Their Bahama Mama is top tier! Refreshing , flavorful, and just what I need in this Vegas heat. I usually add whey protein to mine, and it’s always a treat. Ha! That rhymed…but seriously, it’s that good. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a cool, tasty boost!

I found styrofoam in my drink, I am currently pregnant and I do not feel safe drinking that. They remade it for me but I will not come here again.

Ew. I got a blueberry-banana smoothie and it tastes like straight up blueberry water. Whatever they use to make smoothies is not real. It’s not real fruit.

I have never had a good experience at any Tropical Smoothie! Against my better judgment my pregnant daughter asked for one so I came to a new one. I stood at the register for like 4 minutes never to be acknowledged by any of the 3 people working right in front of me. Finally a kid asked what he could get for me. I placed my order without any eye contact or anything. Everyone one here is working like they are on work release from jail. I thought maybe it was just the other 4 or 5 Tropical Smoothies I had been to but it now seems it is cultural from the entire chain.

Never coming back.

This is the most convenient location and I’m so sad that they don’t know what they’re doing and I understand they have a lot of new people, but I think they just need someone from another location to retrain them because nothing tastes like the other locations and their portions are way off. I got a wrap and it was literally the size of two fingers it looked like half the size of what it’s supposed to be and for $10 that’s not acceptable. I also always order the same smoothie which is a mocha madness, and it literally tasted like water with a splash of coffee. I have never returned any food in my life and I had to do it today after spending all my lunchtime waiting, I truly hope they get the training they need because they’re very nice.

You call this a club? Wilted lettuce, 1/8 of a slice of a tomato, and one strip of bacon buried beneath it? You didn’t even put in the effort to unfold the clearly aged turkey and the bread is old and hard. Haven't ordered food from TS in awhile and I won’t again. You charge fresh food prices and put this crap out? Honestly the taste texture and smell of this sandwich warrants a health inspection in my opinion. Gross - top to bottom. BEWARE OF FOOD SAFETY AT THIS LOCATION. Not even sure I trust the smoothies now after seeing this.

I just wanna say that y’all are all ugly as heck, can’t even take orders nor get orders right. and don’t get started on TERRIBLE customer service, absolute dog shat. To whomever that was on the headset and didn’t wanna take our order cause you couldn’t take a simple joke? you need to be fired immediately
