Lost my card and the last place I used it was their location, been calling them for 20 minutes straight and no answer. I have to drive over 30 minutes to see if I’m lucky if they didn’t hand it back to me. How annoying.

Spent 50 dollars for the guy to get my order wrong, he doesn’t speak English, he didn’t use my coupon code like I handed it to him for a reason. So get some better service if yall are gonna try and make money make your people actually be nice not rude.

The people who take care of my order are really nice people but I don’t want to seem mean when I say they always mess up my order. I’ve been here 3 times, first time my smoothie was overpowered with ginger. Second time my sandwhich was devoured by pesto and cheese. Today my sandwhich has no tomatoes. (Yes I took a bite before I noticed) I get it’s only one person in the morning but I rather wait a little longer for the correct order than wait for the wrong order.

I'm really getting tired of Tropical Smoothie employees messing up the warp orders. This happens at multiple locations & I'm tried of it. The employees need to be trained better when it comes to serving hot food. Too many times now have I gotten my warp & it was cold, prepared horrible as in the the warp was poorly warped, & if I ask for lite sauce it's like that gets ignore & I end up with a bunch of sauce at the bottom of my warp & bc it was poorly wrapped now it messy & I need a bunch napkins to clean it up. I love Tropical Smoothie but I'm getting tired of the inconsistency & when I call to explain the situation no one answers which turns into a further inconvenience bc now I have to go all the way back to the location.

Everything was satisfactory—the food and service met expectations—but the sign advertised “free WiFi,” and I had planned to work here. There was a network labeled “Tropical Smoothie WiFi,” but the staff member said no WiFi was available. This was a bit disappointing, as Tropical Smoothie locations typically offer WiFi.

We recently found out this place was open 24 hours and got soooooo excited!!! We already love coming here but now, this is a complete game changer! There are so many late nights on our way home when we’re hungry but don’t want a “meal”. This is the perfect solution!!!

This place deserves 0 stars we took our kids for a after school treat today and the drive thru lady was so rude basically threw our drinks at us and messed up our order when we tried to correct it she said how much it was took our card and closed the window she wouldn’t give us her name but was the lady with the long pony tail never will come back to this location

Just left there on a Sunday morning drive thru experience awful guy doesn’t speak English so sick of that why is he on drive thru and knows no English I asked a question and he just stayed quiet told him no ranch on sandwich tried to tell him didn’t want the sandwich hit but didn’t give me a chance then I sat and waited a billion hours for him to give me a hot sandwich with ranch and 1 smoothie when I ordered two told the black girl who came to window with sandwich and said we only make sandwich hit which I go to other tropical smoothies and never had a problem told her to give my money back and she looking around like she doesn’t have a clue so I could just get out of there I said just give me my stuff so on Monday I’ll be disputing with my bank I’m not paying 25 dollars for people to not speak English can’t do there job I’m sick of it America needs to stop hiring people that can’t speak English cause if we went to there country u think they r welcoming us with a job

Nasty smoothies! Strawberry banana with chocolate. They pour so much chocolate syrup in the cup it was brown. Suppose to use real chocolate pieces. Owner cutting corners. We got them remade no problem without chocolate. Sad😕

I ordered online. Never got my jalapeño corn. That’s OK shit happens. But I paid for the kale salad, which would’ve been amazing. If I didn’t have to literally put it into a paper towel and squeeze out about 4 ounces of dressing.. The kale salad is bomb Diggity, but to drench it like that is ridiculous. Order sauce on the side for everything you order… actually, I’m surprised that sauce wasn’t on the side considering I ordered it to go. Retrain your employees.
