this is my first time trying smoothies and i bought blimey limey and pesto chicken. and the cashier was very nice. i dont know her name. but if i look at the price sticker, it says brianna s. i dont know if thats her or not. but she was nice and pretty

Poor service waited 15mins for a smoothie. They made 5 smoothies for 2 people that ordered after I did. Won't be back

Absolutely unacceptable experience.
My husband recently purchased smoothies and flatbread sandwiches with chips from this place. When we opened the bag of chips, we discovered black mold, and the chips were soggy. Disgustingly, my young son accidentally put his fingers into the mold while trying to eat them and immediately noticed a foul smell.
When we called to report this, the response was simply to offer another bag of chips. No, thank you — this raises serious concerns about the cleanliness of your kitchen and overall food safety practices.
We will not be returning, and I strongly urge others to think twice before eating here.
I frequently ordered from Tropical Smoothie and didn't have issues. About 3 weeks ago I ordered delivery off the Tropical Smoothie app and never received the food but got the drinks. I sent a request for contact to request a refund for the food and never got a response. I also tried calling the store 3 times and no one answered. Whats the point of reaching out if no one responds? Bummer.
This place is severely understaffed. Why is there one person working on a Friday?? And i’m considerate, but I waited 40 min for 1 smoothie and I had to ask for it when other people that came after me got their orders before me. just go in order ?
