Is this place even open for business? I pulled up at the drive-thru and waited to order for several minutes. I said "hello" several times. No answer. There was a car behind me, so I pulled up to the window. No one came to the window. I tried calling the phone number that is posted online. It was out of service. The car that was behind me then pulled up behind me at the window, so I stuck my head out and asked the lady if she had ordered and she said "no". When I drove off, there were already a couple of more cars waiting to order at the drive-thru. The service here has consistently gone downhill for about the last year. The employees were always friendly, but service was sloooowww! I've been going to the location on Blue Diamond & Arville, but would come back from time to time to see if things had improved, but they only seemed to get worse. Welp! I guess it's Blue Diamond from now on.

I'm guessing this place is out of business. No one taking orders at the drive-thru, no one at the window. I'm not surprised! Food has been consistently pretty good, but service has been ridiculously slow! There was a new crew every other month. Obviously, you had a problem keeping your employees. You should have gotten more staff, paid your workers more and/or treated them better! If you are closed, PLEASE POST A SIGN!

Need new workers. Not nice have attitudes and give out broken edible straws. They said they were out of them but we came back around and asked for new ones and they opened a new box after saying they ran out.

Got the lavender smoothie it was really good it went down smoothly. I recommend it to anyone looking for a quick option that does more harm than good to you! There was no wait in line.

If I could give it less than a star, I would absolutely worst tropical smoothie service in the whole city. You would think that after so many complaints things would get better. They just simply don’t!!

My girlfriend and I went through the drive thru today. We pulled up to the menu area and no one greeted us. After looking at the menu and waiting a few minutes, my girlfriend said "Hello?". No one answered. I assumed it might've been closed, but then all of a sudden a female voice blurted out in a very rude manner, "Who are you picking up for?" My girlfriend and I told her we were not going to pick up for anyone, we were there to order. After we said that, the voice didn't respond. We decided to leave and not order because of the rude customer service. DO NOT COME HERE.

Ordered on the app. Order was not ready. Waited 30 minutes after scheduled pick up time. Picked up 3 orders. Was given someone else’s drink. Was not given the correct drink and the amount of drinks ordered. I ordered 6 drinks and was given only 5. Worker was not aware of what drink was made. No name by drinks. No labels on drinks. Do not go to this location.

I rarely write any reviews but this definitely needs to be said and HOPEFULLY ownership takes control and address this issue as many other people have left reviews on. The service here is absolutely ridiculous. I don't know why I keep coming back but I'm writing this as I'm sitting in the drive thru for 30 mins to even take my order, once my order is taken it's another 10 mins to get my order. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE

Order through the drive through and had to repeat the order at least 3 times. The guy who took the order sounded soft and high. Got in line for the window and it took another 10 minutes to get to the window to pay. Once at the window, the guy ask again what I order and I had to repeat it twice at the window. And when he handed me the receipt, I noticed that he had the wrong food order.

Waited again for him to come to the window, and I asked for him to correct the food order . As I told him the dilla sausage, he kept saying turkey. After a minute of going back and forth with the food order he said that it'll be ready soon.

After another 10 minutes, he came back with the wrong smoothie and said that he doesn't know why and I repeated again that it's a Bahama mama and he said that it's the people who made the wrong order.

He left and 4 later another girl came back with the smoothies and it looked like they drank out of it and it as half full and still gave me the wrong food order.

Although, she was apologetic, the other guy wasnt. Waited again for 1 and finally he gave the right one. I asked for their manager at this point.

The guy who took the order spoke like he was high and I couldn't understand him. I ask for a manager, and Jessica was blunt and prideful that she was the General Manager, and when she spoke to me she did not once apologized for the inconvenience that her and her staff had put me through. Instead, she made excuses for her staff of why it was mixed up. I told her that has nothing to do with me and that she needs to get her staff on board on what a good customer service is. Jessica had an attitude and to be honest it is why I decided to do this survey, because if she had handle the situation from an understanding perspective (for the customer) it would've de-escalate the situation. But instead, she had it in her mind that I had an attitude and that her staff did the best they can to get the right order. Her staff workmanship and ethics shows the kind of leader she is, poor communication, lack of accountability, not listening and lack of empathy.

I will take my business somewhere else.

I received a salad instead of a chicken Caesar wrap I ordered through door dash and I've used door dash for this place and it's been fine until now, can't even call them because the number posted wasn't working, and in top of that the lettuce wasn't even fresh at all smh

Drive thru line takes ridiculously long and there's no way to get out. There's no way smoothies and food takes this long. 30 minutes for a drive thru is insane.

DO NOT GET STUCK IN THE DRIVE THROUGH unless you have 40 minutes to waste! dude, I went to this topical smoothie cause it’s closest to my house like 2 years ago and haven’t been back since until today. service is still SO slow despite no one being there & my order being pickup :’) the people working here sound so miserable and unhappy, very rude, and didn’t care to put napkins in the bag or say “sorry for the wait” 2/5 stars because the food is still somewhat decent but still nowhere near other locations. never giving this location another chance again.

This is based on my last recent four or five times coming. There is a new crew of young kids there that are constantly high and don't do any of the preparation for food correctly so they're never serving food. I've had multiple mess ups on orders and they just seem oblivious to the fact that this is a morning food type of breakfast place and never have anything ready. I literally now drive to the Blue diamond location even though I live around the corner
