Mason was our server today and was extremely professional, and he and the girl prepping got our orders exactly right and well done.
This is after months of this location having some serious service issues and quality problems. I hope this is a trend for every shift, and these two deserve praise for taking their job seriously.

They are out here struggling I work for Uber eats and I DoorDash once in a while all of my biggest orders I get are from tropical smoothie and I had to cancel every single one of them tonight because they don’t have anybody here to run their store after 10 o’clock.

Phone number doesn't work and they need to be more transparent about store hours

Put in an order for a wrap a smoothie and a bowl. They called us to tell us they werent able to make our wrap and replaced it with a salad. They did not end up giving the driver our bowl just the salad and smoothie. Trash location never going back

Absolutely amazing!! I come here after every workout and am always greeted with such a charming and friendly smile when I walk in! The staff is always very friendly and professional, especially when they explain the advantages of the different protein options available for me. Raigea, Berto, and Nylia are always very accommodating, even when they're super busy.

Great food. Short wait. It looked like only one staff member was working when we were there but they were doing their best and got us our food and smoothie in short order. Would recommend.

I waited in the driveway for 15 minutes, yes 15 minutes, and the employee didn't come over to ask what I wanted. I knocked on the window, and he looked over, then turned away, and he didn't show any intention of coming over, and looked unhappy, as if his boss didn't pay him.

Is this place even open for business? I pulled up at the drive-thru and waited to order for several minutes. I said "hello" several times. No answer. There was a car behind me, so I pulled up to the window. No one came to the window. I tried calling the phone number that is posted online. It was out of service. The car that was behind me then pulled up behind me at the window, so I stuck my head out and asked the lady if she had ordered and she said "no". When I drove off, there were already a couple of more cars waiting to order at the drive-thru. The service here has consistently gone downhill for about the last year. The employees were always friendly, but service was sloooowww! I've been going to the location on Blue Diamond & Arville, but would come back from time to time to see if things had improved, but they only seemed to get worse. Welp! I guess it's Blue Diamond from now on.

I'm guessing this place is out of business. No one taking orders at the drive-thru, no one at the window. I'm not surprised! Food has been consistently pretty good, but service has been ridiculously slow! There was a new crew every other month. Obviously, you had a problem keeping your employees. You should have gotten more staff, paid your workers more and/or treated them better! If you are closed, PLEASE POST A SIGN!

Need new workers. Not nice have attitudes and give out broken edible straws. They said they were out of them but we came back around and asked for new ones and they opened a new box after saying they ran out.

Got the lavender smoothie it was really good it went down smoothly. I recommend it to anyone looking for a quick option that does more harm than good to you! There was no wait in line.

Don’t go thru drive thru they don’t answer you and take a long time to Hand you your order! They don’t seem to care either

If I could give it less than a star, I would absolutely worst tropical smoothie service in the whole city. You would think that after so many complaints things would get better. They just simply don’t!!
