Usually pretty good but tonight was stuck 30 minutes in the drive thru even when I ordered ahead and was forced to wait just to get out. Absolutely hate when that happens

Jerk chicken wrap was very good would order it again.
They just need to fix the speaker and mic for drive through orders.

I went and ordered an acai Bowl. It was frozen completely unedible. They said they make them all the day before and freeze them all and then just serve all the food Frozen. How am I supposed to eat frozen acai bowl that I can't even get a spoon into. He said don't worry about it you can eat it in a couple hours. I was there to eat now I don't have time in a couple hours. I would give the food less than a star if I could.

This was my go to tropical smoothie for the past 3 years I would order online some times 3 to 4 days a week getting 2 to 3 smoothies an order for months. I finally had to stop ordering from here, because I would be missing add ons that I paid extra to have, this went on for several of my orders over time, but the final straw was my last order 38.92 for 3 smoothies but only receiving 2. I called this location, I never got to answer. I left a voicemail with my number, still never got a call back. I reached out through the app 4 or 5 times and still have heard NOTHING, but DoorDash contacted me within 5 mins because the
driver saw the issue too. I understand people make mistakes but with the lack of accountability and, with noone reaching out to make things right on their end is irritating; I've spent hundreds of dollars at this lo
cation and by the owner's response, on here to other customers' complaints; I won't be getting my money back or my smoothie... I WILL NOT be coming back to this location.

I work overnight shifts, so my food options are already limited. I don’t mind paying more for convenience and quality — but this was unacceptable.

I spent $25 on a smoothie and a wrap. What I got was a lukewarm, chunky, separated smoothie and a burnt wrap. The smoothie was basically undrinkable, and the wrap tasted bitter and overcooked. For the price, I expected fresh, well-prepared food — not something that felt like it was thrown together without care.

This experience was honestly insulting, and I’m incredibly disappointed in Tropical Smoothie. I was hoping for a decent meal during a long shift, and instead, I feel like I wasted both my time and money.

I used to go there 24/7 it was great back in 2023 to 2024 at this location but I work in the mail industry and they used to take care of us a lot of us used to go there, and they would give us discounts but now only military, law enforcement, and fire fighters and EMT’s get the discount but we don’t so I just don’t go there as much anymore it’s like I respect everyone but those guys get AC we don’t for 75% of us, also they be fully staffed but the men’s restrooms sometimes be dirty, or don’t have paper towels smh…over all great food, service is great if there not busy, and atmosphere is calm

Tropical Smoothie Cafe was a nice spot to stop in for a quesadilla and protein shake during my time in Vegas. The food came out hot and had great flavor. The cafe was very clean and the staff were friendly.
