I Been To This Location Several Times Before & I Never Had A Issue The Store Is Always Clean & The Staff Is Very Attentive… So Today June 9,2025 @ 7:28 A.M Me My Husband & My 5 Year old granddaughter Decided To Grab Smoothies we Went thru the Drive Thru Because we where out Running errands So My Husband Ordered For Me & My Granddaughter He Didn’t Get Anything So We Got Our Smoothies & Went on with our Day So I’m Drinking my Smoothie & Al Of a Sudden I Feel Something Hard In My Mouth & it Taste Weird like Metal you Can Literally Taste it so grabbed a Napkin & Spit It Out & It Was A piece of Metal In My Mouth I Started Stirring my Smoothie Around To Make Sure I Wasn’t tripping & There Was More Shards of metal thru out smoothie after I Had Consumed some of My Smoothie I Started Stirring Gagging Be I Was Drinking This Smoothie & It Has Metal in it thank God My Granddaughter didn’t Drink Hers Yet So We Called The Store & A Hispanic Lady Answered The She Clearly Didn’t Understand Any English & Couldn’t Understand What I Was Saying So She Placed me on hold & Got Someone Else & She Barely Understand English As well So I Asked Her For Corporate Number & She Said She Didn’t know It So I Pass My Husband Back The Phone She Asked His Name & He Provided it to her so When we Got home I Poured The Smoothies on a Plate & It Was Metal in my Smoothie I’m very Disappointed I Have Pictures & Video This Is Unacceptable & I Will Be Contacting A Attorney… I Work in the restaurant industry So I Know protocol…

Best smoothies in or around town. Super fast & thoroughly. Workers are very friendly aswell. Customer service hardly exists at many places, so whn u find good service, food & nice workers. U best go back because the next place won’t be so nice to you..

There wasn't a wait in the drive-thru. The food was made fresh to order along with the smoothie. It was very tasty and different from other restaurants that offer similar items. The cost was sufficient for what you received. I would recommend this location and place.

They wouldn’t give me my family court discount because I wasn’t “dressed up” . It’s casual Fridays. I said okay I’m also military which I have an ID for as well. She said I had to be in uniform. She had asked her I’m assuming supervisor and the supervisor looked at me made a face & then shook her head. I honestly can’t believe I wasn’t even treated that way because usually it’s a good establishment. I immediately walked out.

Companies that do promotional drinks should not allow the stores to put up their advertisements until they actually receive their items to sell the advertised drink I’ve been to two locations so far this one and the one over on paradise by the strip and with both of these locations telling me they don’t have the product to make the drink, but yet have the sign up saying that’s a new drink that we can actually order and yet we can’t this is false advertisement and it needs to be taken down if the drink is unavailable. Yes I’m talking about the Lilo and stitch drink. Very disappointed it should be the most popular item that people are trying to buy, and yet you cannot even sell it because you supposedly don’t have what the drink requires to make it. That’s a big problem.

I bought the mixed berry Greek yogurt abn it was a fiasco! For $11.48 I paid for a small container 10 oz the most! For such a price I was expecting a bigger size! Not worth it! Next time I'm just going to Cárdenas!
Oh, and they take forever to get your food!

Did you know all their smoothies come with one scoop of sugar put into it. The reason is because they are half ice so there's not enough fruit in the smoothie to sweeten it naturally. Jamba juice has better quality seriously

A friend put me on I had a mango something smoothie and it was honestly great the staff don't really spend much time talking much unless you talk to them but they take your order quick and it comes out just as quick has almost like a cafe type of vibe to it but it's a nice little spot

Almost every time I've gone, they skip me in line and attend other people even when I'm next in line. Has happened to other people too not just me.
I'll be the only person in the store and someone behind me gets helped first when I'm standing right in front of the register. By the way, I mobile order but I guess they think I'm going to order so they skip me and go to the next person. It should be first come first serve basis. I've stood under the mobile order before and still get skipped.
