Idk I took it back and the remake I was scared to eat she said it would be perfect but they play too much and I’m not with people playing with my food so second picture is the remake and the salad is all in separate sections I feel like y’all tryna b funny with my food it doesn’t even look like this it’s a thai chicken wrap play tooo much never again this location
Standard Tropical Smoothie. The staff weren't friendly, not rude either, just there. The tables were clean. Parking in front is limited, so if it's busy you might have to walk a bit.
So far no complaints and food is definitely delicious

Cashier was slow to take order had to wait for her acknowledgement. Then she left and went on break. Had someone else to help me. Good cashier, friendly very informative
Acai bowl gives me a sugar overload, haha, I love it. The staff is friendly and polite. The drive through needs an update because leaving after ordering offers a difficult turning radius for bigger vehicles. Also, would like to use my own cup and receive a discount, styrofoam is terrible for the environment; Tropical smoothie soft consider paper cups instead. Thank you
I was craving a smoothie and this was the closest place. Immediately upon entering I was greeted and since there’s a drive through the employee was helping out in the window. There was another young lady in back who looked like she was prepping. My order was taken within 5 minutes and my son and I waited for our drinks. They only have 3 options for the kid size drinks then everything else is 24 oz. On the main menu. My drink was just alright the flavor wasn’t all there for the banana and strawberry and wasn’t quite what I remembered (dual tasting). My son who ordered a mango magic had no complaints. I wish there were different sizes that way I could’ve tried something else.
My top vegan order :: pomegranate plunge smoothie and the hummus wrap, sub ranch for peanut Thai dressing. 💕 also get the app, always tons of random coupons!

At 544PM today 10/26 a rep at the window was confused taking my order which is okay, he asked for help and a young thin african american rep who took over at the window began yielling at me literraly i almost got my ear drums burst. I inmidiatelly told her you are not yelling at me is such a way you might do it to others and i drove a way. I live 2 blocks away from this stablishment and i have always received a super outstanding service every single time for years so far. This young female needs to work on her attitude cos she'll never have a bright future in her life if she doesn't make some ammendments to her attitude towards customers. Due to her rudeness, lack of customer service skills and poor manners I had to drive away from Tripocal Smoothie today without making any purchase.

This was my first time at this location. I placed an mobile order and was notified it was ready at 935. I arrived at the drive through and no one answered the intercom. After waiting for a few minutes someone answered and told me to pull forward. That’s when I waited for nearly 15min!!!! I finally called the store to remind them I was outside waiting for the order. The workers seemed like they couldn’t be bothered to do their job. My smoothie was disgusting and had chunks of protein powder in it. I had to throw it away. I’m very disappointed.

Every time I go to the store the workers always have a bad expression, and it's not just once, because I go very often, they don't treat you well. You can't pay with $50 or $100 bills, they should change that.

When you walk in the workers, just look at you with a blank stare. They don't say hello or wel one in or anything. The place was empty but absolutely filthy. What a poorly an restaurant. Shame on you manager.
