Truck Tacos is a highly-recommended spot for authentic Mexican cuisine. The restaurant serves a variety of delicious dishes, including tacos de tripas, al pastor, asada, tripe and tongue tacos, enchiladas like those from Michoacan, and very tasty golden potato tacos. The owner is from Michoacan, so everything is seasoned perfectly. Prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is welcoming, with friendly staff. Handmade horchata is also available. The chicken tacos are tender and full of flavor, topped with fresh ingredients. Portions are good, and the sauces are super spicy. While parking can be limited, the late-night hours (until 2 am) make it a great spot for a late-night snack.
