Would've like to try them but after they sat us and told us about the specials no one came back for about 20 minutes so we left.

All I can say is....BRAVO!!! This place ranks #1 is my book!! Our waiter Dino, was amazing! Since the tables are close enough, he just told everyone to listen to the specials instead of repeating it over and over again and then HE SANG TO US ALL!!! OMG...what a treat! I was in love and we hadn't ordered yet! What an experience! The food, the FOOD! If you've never tried deep fried SPAM...definitely worth the visit. I highly recommend it! The UBE French toast and breakfast bowl were to die for! If you ever get to Las Vegas, check this place out! Oh yea, the owner is very hands on and comes to each table just to say 👋. Now that's service with a smile 😃!

About a 15-20 minute drive from the Las Vegas strip, everything about Truffles N Bacon was amazing!

We were welcomed and seated by Robert, who was absolutely kind and friendly our entire visit, even taking our drink orders before we sat at our table. Robert even introduced some of the staff to us, with my girlfriend even having a conversation with one of them about their shared love for Labubu's.

The food was delicious and prepared perfectly. The Matcha Green Tea Pancakes were delicious and flavorful. The Bangers & Hash were freshly prepared and the portion size was perfect. By recommendation, we also tried the Breakfast Mac, which was large enough to share, and also very delicious. We also tried the Ube Horchata, and like everything else, was prepared to perfection, serving size was large, and was even better than expected!

It was apparent upon entering that this establishment was a passion for the staff, as well as family owned. We were welcomed and treated like family as well. The the atmosphere was calm and comfortable, nothing overwhelming.

We've eaten at many restaurants, on and off the strip. No restaurant has left a lasting impact like Truffles N Bacon. We visit Vegas often and have our usual spots to hit, and we will make Truffles N Bacon part of our itinerary each trip!

This is a must try for everyone!

Our taxi driver recommended this spot and it did not disappoint. A short drive from the strip and it was worth it. I had the Ube French Toast and it was delicious. Not overly sweet. Just perfect. My wife had the Chicken Tinga and she loved it. Our server Robert was phenomenal and made our first time there a memorable experience! Robert, your chips are coming when we get back home!

You know this place is good when there's a wait. Luckily you can add to the yelp wait-list to stay ahead. It was my first time here and their menu is just filled with so many delicious dishes. We opted for the rawlins, tri tip omelette and ube french toast. It was all so delicious.

Awesome breakfast had the Chicken Tinga omelet did not disappoint. The servers and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable of menu items I will definitely be back.

Stopped by after a Sunday morning hike. I was so hungry but yet excited to try the dishes they offer since I'm a fan of shaved truffle and truffle oil.

Got on the waitlist on Yelp. When we arrived my friend and I checked in at the front desk. The wait is pretty long so be patient.

Service was good but slow at the same time. I felt bad for my neighboring table. They asked us if we ordered already and we said yes. I told them that when they came to take our drink order I informed our server that we were ready to order. They looked so busy that I didn't want to loose the opportunity of ordering quickly.
When we were preparing to leave, our neighboring table did not even get their food yet. Felt bad.

• Piggy Goes to LA - highly recommend this dish. The saltines from the prosciutto with the avocado balanced the dish so well with flavors. Even the frisee was a great taste with the balsamic dressing.
• Pork Belly Omelette was equally as delicious. Love the Chimichurri sauce.

The restaurant is not very big. The table we sat on was extremely small. I didn't want to order any pancakes in fear that our food wouldn't fit.

Overall, a very delicious meal.

Referred to have Uber pancake but had the OMG stack. So delicious, fusion of flavors: strawberry, mango, Ube and another one. Presentation felt like celebrating birthday. Customer service is excellent.

Seriously one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. Everything was delicious, presented beautifully and the staff was super kind and welcoming. If you go here you must get the Ube Pancakes, they are the best pancakes I have ever had in my life.

Disappointed! The family and I are visiting and drove 20 minutes out of the way to hopefully try the food here. When we got there, there was a sign on the door that they were closed for Summer break, even though Google showed them as open. Not cool!

It's not terrible, but it won't be revisiting. It would be nice to have photos on the menu and fewer daily specials because we couldn't keep up. Good concept, but it needs tweaking on the execution.

Cute little restaurant, my first time there. Waitress was very kind informative and very friendly. Food was great, vibes were right. Definitely going back! The waitress was super helpful with assisting me in making my decision for food and beverages. Coffee is THE BOMB!
