This place is truly a hidden gem! Although it took some time to locate within the Venetian Casino, the diverse array of plant-based and non-plant-based food options made it completely worthwhile. You can also get inspired to try rock climbing at the nearby attraction or indulge in the spa. I had the Coconut Milk French toast with scrambled tofu on the side. The French toast was pretty good but a little dry. Definitely could have had a bit more maple syrup. The tofu scramble though was super salty and not enjoyable at all.

I really wanted to try this place and made a point to go one of the days I was visiting for my trip. It was extremely hard to find and when I finally found it, it was packed, I didn't come that long after opening. They did not have any tables for a while and it was also hard to get the staff to talk to me. I ended up ordering some food to go and ate it in some unappealing looking seating area in the casino/hotel. I don't remember it being particularly good
