Went to dinner at Bistecca last week and I must say I was pleasantly surprised.
This place is a classic Las Vegas steakhouse tucked just a few blocks off the Strip inside the Tuscany Suites & Casino, close enough to feel the energy of Las Vegas, yet far enough to enjoy a calmer atmosphere.
The space is understated in the best way: simple but elegant decor, warm lighting, and a mix of classic half-moon leather booths and well appointed tables. The bar adds a nice touch of sophistication, and the curated wall art gives the room a subtle sense of character.
Service was excellent from start to finish, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling intrusive.
We started with wine and cocktails. The Riesling was crisp and refreshing, and the blood orange spritz was bright, zesty, and surprisingly affordable, especially compared to typical Strip pricing. A very pleasant start.
For appetizers, we had the soup of the day, a house made tomato soup that was incredibly flavorful. You could taste the natural sweetness of the tomatoes, and it felt both comforting and elevated.
For entrees, we tried the wild caught salmon served with braised fennel, truffled carrot puree, and shaved Brussels sprouts, plus a side of potato wedges. The salmon was tender and well prepared, and the accompaniments added great depth and texture.
We also ordered the house made lobster ravioli with lobster cream and generous pieces of lobster meat. A bit too Rich, but indulgent, and very satisfying.
Overall, Bistecca offered a lovely dining experience, excellent service, flavorful dishes, and a great value for the quality, especially given its proximity to the Strip. A solid choice when you want a refined meal without the typical Las Vegas chaos.

We ate here last night and had a great experience. Service was attentive during the entire meal. Food was really good. I ordered the gnocchi with crab sauce and it was delicious. My husband ordered the pasta trio. So much food. It could easily be split by two people. I tasted two of the three and felt they were a bit bland though. We ordered the antipasti appetizer and, again l, so much food. Four cheese varieties, three meats, bread and pickled veggies. Delicious! Their bread is so good especially with the whipped honey butter. The atmosphere is relaxing, white tablecloth, mood lighting and nice jazz music playing in the background. Lovely date night atmosphere. Would definitely eat here again.

I had a wonderful filet and some of the best bread and butter I have ever had. I don’t cook, but I’d love to know what is added into that butter. If I lived closer than Los Angeles to the location, I’d be buying it to go too often.

I ordered the lobster cream sauce ravioli. I figured cream would be more creamier. It was very spice. I should have asked for it on the side. I told the waiter we had a show to get to and we were celebrating a special 75h birthday. He brought is six tiny bites of olive cake. I was expecting at least a piece of pastry with a candle in it for the $600 we spent! That was disappointing.
We’re from the NYC area and this place belongs by us! LOL. EVERYTHING we had was AMAZING. My wife started with the Caesar salad, which came with perfect-sized anchovies—exactly how it should be. I had the house salad, and the way the dressing coated every single piece of lettuce was mind-blowing. So fresh and full of flavor.
She ordered an espresso martini, and it was unlike any she’s ever had—and she orders them almost everywhere we go. I had to taste it myself, and wow. I had a glass of house red, which was also delicious.
For dinner, I had the filet mignon cooked perfectly. My wife had the crab cake and said, “This is the freshest crab cake I’ve ever had,” along with the eggplant parm, which was excellent. We ended with tiramisu and chocolate gelato—both were so good. Our waiter, Joesph was top notch! Give that man a raise!
If we were in town for one more day, we’d be back again without hesitation. Highly recommend!

Leah was great. Her service was top notch! Food was amazing! It was very nice and the perfect ambiance. Our first time there but we'll definitely be back!
The food was excellent. Our server needed to be educated a little bit more on making that banana Foster. He waited on me prior to this dining night and was the same experience. He doesn't listen to you. The food was excellent. I will return because of that and make sure that I don't get him as a server.
A wonderful dining experience. Staff was very attentive and food was great. A nice choice of wines.
Wonderful dinner, extensive wine list! Had the seafood platter that was HUGE for two people, 2 full lobster tails, 6 shrimp, and king crab legs pre cracked. The bread basket comes with the most delicious butter. Service was excellent, romantic quiet atmosphere. Highly recommend!
Lobster Ravioli and Ceasar Salad were one of the Best Meals I've had in my entire life.. Service was Wonderful. Will visit again.

I have been here annually, 4 years in a row, usually 6-8 person party and we get anything and everything we want. We love it!! Always some kind of specialty steak available (bone in ribeye, Piedmontese, snow cured A5 Wagyu), good drinks, fun staff. We recommend it to everyone, and we look forward to our annual trip every year!

Excellent Svs and the food was amazing!!! Highly recommend the Truffle butter, with your steak
We came to celebrate our anniversary, overall experience was okay. We came in expecting more, service was good and food was left more to be desired. To start, bread was fantastic. We got the table side caesar, it was just okay. Potato gnocchi was very fishy and veal osso buco with risotto, the risotto tasted like a stainless steel pan. We were sat next to a large loud group that overall ruined the ambience for us. I would recommend if you want a way too over priced meal that will be just okay. There's an Olive Garden down the road if you want italian.
Came to this restaurant to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and it did not disappoint! The service was great, and the food was incredible. There were three of us, and the portions were very shareable. We ordered the 24-ounce ribeye, smashed potatoes, shrimp risotto, lobster mac and cheese, calamari, and the Gin & Jam cocktail. We wouldn’t order the lobster mac again (sounds better than it tasted) but everything else was amazing. Our server, Jared, was PHENOMENAL! We ended the night with a little birthday celebration and crème brûlée hands down the best crème brûlée I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Food quality and service were very good, though I would have preferred plain Italian bread with oil and balsamic rather than garlic bread, and more relaxing music.
