Twisted Sugar (Rainbow/Tenaya)

Found a new great soda shop! Bonus they have a fun selection of cookies too. I had to find a new soda spot for me and my daughter since the place we were going suddenly closed. I located Twisted Sugar as the nearest store. Glad we visited and most certainly pleased with the caramel, vanilla root beer and chocolate chip cookie! The cashier was also super friendly and welcoming. We will be back. I’m hoping they can add butterscotch flavoring and cream soda to their selection. Overall Twisted Sugar was good!!!!

Great customer service and delicious cookies. I love the energy drink and good prices. The parking is a 30 minute zone so be careful. You cannot sit inside and eat.

Mixed feelings about this place. Great cookies with an awesome selection of flavors, but would not come back for large orders.I love bringing treats to my family so I pre-ordered about 20 cookies (3 different flavors) online for Father's Day to be split into 9 boxes of 2 varying sizes. I called to make sure they received my ordered and to ensure my order would be boxed preferentially. The staff member said he would leave a note for his manager.When I arrived the next day, I was told that it would be an additional fee to have my cookies boxed how I wanted them to. I thought this was bad business because: 1) I understand that more boxes cost the business more, but If I did 9 separate orders/check outs, there wouldn't have been an additional charge, 2) I ordered all my cookies as separates and not as a dozen or half dozen, which would have saved some cents off each cookie if I did, 3) I called ahead to make sure the gift boxes were noted, 4) I left a fair tip when I pre-ordered because I knew my order was a bit inconvenient. I didn't see the point in arguing so I paid the extra fee and left- maybe the worker was upset I made her work more.Anyway, point is: stop by for some cookies, but take your gifting business elsewhere.

After being weekly customers, we came today for our normal order. We were over charged, and the coke based drinks we recieved were white and tasted terrible. When we told Taylor at the window she tried to tell us that's what happens when they add cream. These are the same drinks we get each time and never are they white and never do they taste like this. She was not personable and reluctant to solve the problem. We ended up getting a refund. We will now be going to POP on Tropicana, highly recommend and the service is always top notch.

Twisted Sugar are my favorite cookies, and I was so excited that they opened this location with a drive-thru ?. I’ve been probably 15+ times and every time the cookies have been perfect and I’ve always had super friendly service from the employees. I would highly recommend.

Mood - ( 3 ) yearsYes you read the correctly. I have been wanting to try these cookies for ( 3 ) years. Originally they were in the location at the Smiths Marketplace off of 95N - Everytime I would go up there, they were closed. However this particular day deemed perfect.Upon entering was quickly greeted with amazing service. Like love what you do service. I had questions and everything was answered with ease. So I opted for 1 of everything minus 3 . Yes I did, dont judge me. My affection of cookies is going to get the best of me. I also opted for a few drinks The Shimmy, and Knighthawk. Now when I was told the sizes I was in complete shock. These drink sizes are not your typical Vegas drink sizes. Def bang for your buck size. Now I will admit what stole the show was that Banana Cream Pie Cookie.Can I say oh my. I am glad these tasted fabulous as this would have not been a good moment for me after waiting an eternity for some cookies. The owner is actually the 1st original franchise owner in Vegas from the location I wanted to try at Smiths. So it was a nice bittersweet ( no pun intended) moment. It is funny how life can work out like that. Now if you are into robust flavors that continue and dont dull out in your mouth def try these cookies. They werent overly sweet and the flavors paired very well.Interior is walk up counter. Not intended for sit in. However it is spacious enough for a group to come in and place an order. They have merch for sale as well. Pricing is typical for gourmet type cookies. Plus the cookies looked how they do in the display case. I always like that. Staff is very courteous and hospitable. Will most def be back very soon

Cookies are delicious! The location up north has a frequent cookie/loyalty program. This one does not, so I may hit that one up instead when I'm on that side of town.

the cookies here are soo good!!! the salted caramel one is my favorite, and Angel was very helpful to me and had great customer service.

Best cookies hands down and they have soda and coffee too! As a HUGE added bonus, they have a drive thru! The location is easy to get in to just off rainbow and the 215 (sunset,Tenaya). Customer for life right here!

Love this Twisted Sugar location!! They have a drive through — the best on the way to work or driving kids around. I love their cold brew options. AND they are THE GREATEST for business treats and family parties. They have put together huge last minute orders for me twice and they even helped deliver in the area for a very small fee. Holiday parties, birthdays, office appreciation, or a cookie fix and soda on the run — they are hands down the best cookie and soda shop in town!!

Cannot say enough about this place! From the variety of cookie flavors to the refreshing drink options- they have everything for that midday pick me up or special treat for the kids after school. LOVE the drive thru as well! It’s so convenient and the team is friendly and helpful!

What can I say this place has never let me down especially on last minute orders Michelle and staff you guys rock! I would recommend if you need cookies this is your place to go to. Thank you guys!!!!

I can’t even describe how much I love this place! Every time I go to get my cookie and drink fix, I have the best service ! Everyone is so friendly, and the owner is amazing! I highly recommend the Nutella peanut butter cookie!!! Yum!
