I am not a fan of such I but this place is great, my wife liked it and I found some good stuff for me as well. The lemon salmon roll was delicious. I also had some chicken. A place to discover.

While eating, I watched a roach crawl out from the trash area and run over to the dining area under another table where people were eating. Staff said they would tell the manager but don’t think they did. Sucks because the food is always amazing. Food was still good this visit but damn, seeing a roach kinda sucked.

Umami is the best AYCE sushi place in the northwest. We frequent this place at least once a month. We take all of our friends/family here and no one has ever been disappointed. Freshest fish, friendliest staff and reasonably priced.

I will start with the Cons: I would agree with the comments about the seating being cramp. Also, we got there at around 1pm and there was still a wait time. We had to wait at least 30 minutes but I didnt mind it because the menu and the fast service made it up for it.
Pros: Food- the extensive menu was amazing. I have eaten in different ayce sushi places in California and I have never had a $30 acye which included the carpaccio, sea urchin, oyster, and even ikura. The sushi to rice ratio was perfect (rice was smaller). The appetizer “the shit” was the bomb. The hand rolls were full of fish. The yakitori? Or skewers were smalled and perfect in size so as you were able tot aste everything without getting too full. This was the first time we were ever reach the limit of 80 minutes and had to be timed out. That says a lot! The service was fast so ordering was not an issue.
Our absolute favorite place to eat my wife and I go at least twice a month we drive 3 hours to get there each way the service is awesome our usual waiter is Andrew he is the best The food is always incredible with good prices 😋

If you are a Sushi lover then this is the ONLY Sushi restaurant you will ever need. The all you can eat is $29.95 per person. It's not just 2 piece sushi orders that they offer, it's their entire menu. The service was prompt and accurate. We never had to wait to re order. The baked Lobster roll was my favorite. They are extremely busy and do not take reservations, so off peak times are best. Good eating.
It's 5 STARS all the way.
