Went for AYCE last night and I was blown away by how good the food was, how fast and attentive the service was and how great the ambience was. For 23.95 all you can east sushi with many tasty side dishes as well, the value was amazing! I got my money worth as I was celebrating starting a new job. I will make sure to make this a weekly visit from now on.

The service was over the top great. Super good bus boy and super quick service. The food was OK. I got the premium sushi thinking it would give me a lot of sashimi, but it really didn't but I still felt like it was a good value.

Second time here and it didn't disappoint. The sushi is above average, unique and delicious. So many good options. We didn't feel the need for the upgrade to premium. It was fantastic and one of the best meals in Vegas so far.

Food is fantastic Waiters are amazing The male manager or owner that does front check in can be a bit rude / passive aggressive. (Multiple experiences with him) but the food is great and the other workers are great.

Umiya AYCE is a great spot for sushi lovers! The ability to make reservations is a big plus, and the friendly waitstaff makes you feel welcome. There's a solid selection of dishes, with everything from fresh sushi to tasty grilled items. It was busy when I visited, so service was a bit slow at first, but once the crowd thinned out, the staff was on point, and everything came out quickly. Overall, it's a fantastic place for a satisfying all-you-can-eat experience. I'll definitely be back and recommend it to others!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this place is amazing !!

Went with a party of 6 with a reservation, showed up a little early and it only took them a couple of minutes to seat us, so no problem there!

We then got seated in haejin’s section, she’s amazing! She was kind and talkative and attentive the entire time, even though it was a busy Saturday night. She explained everything to my cousins, and even showed my grandpa a work around to getting something similar to the sashimi (2 orders per person limit).

The food came out quickly, and the fish to rice ratio of the nigiri is amazing as well. They also have a secret dessert menu! (I got a strawberry melona bar, it was delicious). My only complaint would be that the wasabi is pretty mellow/weak compared to other places I’ve been to, but that’s not really a big deal considering you can ask for more without a charge.

Overall, I highly recommend this place!!

Late night special is the best price but if you don't have a reservation, forget it. Waitress was taking care of the other tables around us and it seemed we were always last to get an order in so we were almost the last ones out of the restaurant.

Listen, I don’t know who at Umiya Sushi decided that after 9 PM, sushi should suddenly be cheaper than a trip to Taco Bell, but I’d like to formally nominate them for sainthood. Because for $21.99 all-you-can-eat sushi after 9 PM?! That’s not just a deal that’s a midnight miracle. Now before you judge me, yes, I was that person walking in at 8:59 like I was clocking into a shift. I had a game plan. I stretched. I hydrated. I made eye contact with the sushi bar like, “You’re mine tonight.” And let me tell you Umiya delivers. Fresh rolls flying out like it’s a conveyor belt of dreams. Nigiri, hand rolls, tempura-fried this, spicy mayo-drizzled that—I lost track somewhere between the garlic salmon nigiri and the shrimp tempura roll that slapped me in the soul. Also, don’t sleep on the appetizers—literally. The gyoza? Golden. The spicy edamame? Life-changing. The miso soup? Hydrates your body and your poor decision-making from the strip. Now the vibe? It’s giving late-night sushi lounge meets slightly-too-bright cafeteria lighting, but who cares? You’re not here to flirt—you’re here to conquer a mountain of raw fish like the sushi warrior you are. Come with friends, but the kind who know sushi etiquette. The $21.99 deal says AYCE, not “order 30 things and eat 5.” If you waste sushi at Umiya, you deserve to step on a Lego barefoot. Umiya is the GOAT of post-9PM sushi spots. It’s cheaper than therapy, tastier than your ex’s cooking, and far more satisfying than whatever else you were gonna do after 9 PM. Would roll myself out again. Sushi coma and all.
