I placed an order and it wasn’t made right.
I was displeased.
I called back the next day and I was skeptical to post my review but gave it another shot…
The cashier alondrha was so accommodating. The manger on duty came out and apologized for my previous order while being slammed.
Your staff is amazing, Branden didn’t hesitate to remake two plates I explained it was just one and Alondra deserves a raise!!
Best customer service in 7 months here in Vegas.

We got food here based on the recommendation of a local. I couldn't be happier with the food! 3 meat plate was flavorful, tender, and was exactly what my hunger needed. Highly recommend and can't wait to order again when I visit Vegas later this year. Thank you!

It was great to find this place. Whenever I visit Vegas, I try to find a Local Hawaiian food place, and this place hits the spot!!! I had the BBQ mix plate, and the Teri beef reminded me of home - think Kenny's. The Kalbi was ono too, nice with a little char, but still tender, and not fatty.
The kids got Spam Musubi, poke bowl, and a Loco Moco, all hit the spot. I think this is my new favorite local spot.
I'll definitely swing by again before I leave Vegas.

Unko Frank’s Hawaiian BBQ is hands down one of the best spots in Vegas for real-deal Hawaiian food.
From the first bite, you can tell this place is legit. The garlic chicken is a must—crispy, juicy, and coated in that sweet, garlicky sauce that hits every time. The plates come stacked too—rice, mac salad, and generous portions that actually fill you up.
What I really like is the variety. You got everything from kalbi, garlic shrimp, and poke to loco moco and smoked meat, so no matter what you’re craving, they got it.
The vibe is super local and welcoming—feels like pulling up to a spot back home. You can tell it’s family-run and everything is cooked fresh, not rushed.
If you’re from Hawaiʻi, this place will take you right back. If you’re not, this is where you go to see what real island food is supposed to taste like.
Definitely one of those spots you keep in rotation 🤙🏽

Friendly staff. Delicious food! Pulled pork nachos were the best!
Great customer service, I just noticed the food quality and the quantity has gone down . My Katsu sauce was literally runny. I never seen someone water it down that much.

Meat is super chewy thin
Chicken long rice is fresh … chicken does not taste fresh cooked from frozen…
Asked for sauce they gave me a drip in a container
Thru on a budget after charging me 70 for two plates…
