Soooo disappointed! This place is false advertisement! The cakes , the bread everything looks very good and pretty and appealing but its all show! I got a 3 leches cake it was the driest 3 leches cake I have ever had in my life! Besides that it was very pricey for half a bar of cake $48.00 for it to be a dry 3 leches cake that tasted just like a plain vanilla bread! I also bought some conchas and same dry! You can tell they were old by how dry they were, I think the conchas sold in a package at the gas stations taste more soft and fresh !But they do a great job selling you into there bakery with the cakes being well decorated and everything else, very decieving! Another big thing nothing has pricing you have to constantly ask for pricings . I asked one of the ladies there how much where the cakes, she said she didnt know! So I had to wait for another lady to tell me, and had to continue going back and forth on pricings on cakes.I will never come back to this bakery! Dont be decieved when walking in this bakery!

Was super grossed out by the decorations of chopped feet, chopped body parts. Chopped baby body parts, It’s extremely gross and insensitive especially when it’s a food shop. Gross I had to walk out.

Best pan dulce, and I've been getting everyone's birthday cakes from here since I found this place. More expensive than a grocery store cake but you are definitely getting your worth. Staff is pretty understanding and very polite. I do recommend, highly.

I went to this location customer service is the worst.The woman there don't even say hi or anything they act like you're bothering them. I don't recommend anybody shopping there. We asked for pricings and they got mad. We walked in no hello know nothing they were just talking among each other. I used to love this place but not anymore will not return.

We had been buying our cakes from here for the past couple of years, this past week we bought a cake for a birthday party and within Minutes of having ate everyone who had eaten a piece of cake got very sick! Stomach sick!! I called the next day to ask if maybe it was old or left out too long on accident. I was not at all rude because I understand things happen, I was passed around the phone to a a couple of people and at the end I was passed to the “baker” who made the cake. She kept insisting we had the stomach flu! No ma’am we got sick off the cake! Because there were a couple people who didn't want cake and they did NOT get sick like the rest of us. Anyways she took no accountability nor did I get an apology. Very disappointed. Our last time here for sure!
