Best pan dulce, and I've been getting everyone's birthday cakes from here since I found this place. More expensive than a grocery store cake but you are definitely getting your worth. Staff is pretty understanding and very polite. I do recommend, highly.

I went to this location customer service is the worst.The woman there don't even say hi or anything they act like you're bothering them. I don't recommend anybody shopping there. We asked for pricings and they got mad. We walked in no hello know nothing they were just talking among each other. I used to love this place but not anymore will not return.

We had been buying our cakes from here for the past couple of years, this past week we bought a cake for a birthday party and within Minutes of having ate everyone who had eaten a piece of cake got very sick! Stomach sick!! I called the next day to ask if maybe it was old or left out too long on accident. I was not at all rude because I understand things happen, I was passed around the phone to a a couple of people and at the end I was passed to the “baker” who made the cake. She kept insisting we had the stomach flu! No ma’am we got sick off the cake! Because there were a couple people who didn't want cake and they did NOT get sick like the rest of us. Anyways she took no accountability nor did I get an apology. Very disappointed. Our last time here for sure!

$120 I REPEAT $120 for a $14.99 looking cake. The crown was missing gems that were later found in the cake. The icing was cracking. For ‘tres leches’ which in English means a ‘milk cake’ was the most crumbly and dry cake I’ve ever had. Not to mention the bottom was burnt. Another thing, for $120 that was not the crown I picked out and it did NOT have my message on there that I requested (which was supposed to say ‘Happy Birthday __). Manager was VERY unprofessional and said, “I see people like you all the time coming back asking for a refund because you can’t afford a cake in the first place.” I demanded and received my refund, after being embarrassed and humiliated.
