Every single time I come here , the customer service is bad the pastries are awesome, but most of these ladies working there have no customers service They just look at you , take their time to say hello or offer to help you , They don't tell you , you have to get in line so they can help you even. If they didn't have anyone . Other customers Every time I go there is the same thing The. One on the register is the worst , she talk to you with bad attitude Not good ,

The elote pie was delicious ?.The ham and cream cheese jalapeno bolillo was amazing.Highly recommend. I'm definitely going back.

Ordered a cake for my daughter and when I picked it up it was melting. They "couldn't do anything about it because it would ruin it more" what a disappointment. They also spelled her name wrong, it was written with lilac and when they went back to "fix it" they went over it with a purple!. Lazy work if you ask me. Too many mistakes for what they charged and having plenty of time to do the cake. Save your money and go else where. Definitely no stars!

This was our very first time being here.Wow. .Wow, outstanding bakery. The creme Brule is delicious, we bought a slice of bread pudding, 2 doughnuts,, an apple turnover, a bread & a custard filled pastry.the Birthday cakes were so beautiful, cupcakes are huge..our server Kona from Steiners on Buffalo highly recommended this bakery. I went In to order a cake for my husbands birthday put down a $24 deposit (total was $94) The following week when I went to pick up the cake I got there and after taking my payment they told me the cake would be right out. As I waited my husband and I saw them scrambling around looking for an order sheet (I'm assuming they were looking for ours) . All of the employees looked like they had no idea where the cake was. Finally after 10min of waiting they told us they messed up w/ the photo that needed to be printed on the cake & it would take 10min. I was annoyed but I said okay I'll go run a few errands & come back. She said yeah no problem, we have your number. We'll call you in a bit when it's done. AFTER 30 MIN we came back because no one had called me. My husband went in there and they told him 5 more min. Then proceeded to ask him if he had a photo of how the cake should look like. Like wtf!!!!? And on top of that the dumb lady had the audacity to try to tell my husband "it's not anything we did" Are you serious? My husband asked for a refund and we just bought one of the "ready to go cakes" because we were already running late. I am willing to bet these people didn't even make the cake! Mind you we picked a cake from their book of cakes. Not like we asked them for anything difficult. They're so unprofessional, the cakes are overpriced. I'd just save your money and go elsewhere. These people don't know what they're doing.

came here for my little sisters birthday cake thinking they'd be competent enough to do the job, the cake i received looked NOTHING like the reference I gave. I picked it up hours before her birthday party and wasn't offered any solution! ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING

Actually so ugly not even close to what I wanted.... In a rush so I can't do anything about it but really? The 13 looks like play-Doh and is huge... and u can see where they scraped off old 13 & don't get me started on the fondant hearts... like what? Did u even look at the reference picture before making it , I deadass could have done a better job

I always go to buy my desserts there because I love them, but this time I give one star because I went as usual to buy a dessert for the weekend and all the workers were talking, I was standing waiting to be served and no one served me then I went to them I said that if they could serve me and they spoke to me in a bad way, then when I went to pay the guy all the time making very disgusting and very bad taste and he charged me for an extra dessert, very bad attention from these new workers, I won't go anymore, very disappointing
