We just had a birthday party over the weekend and this place is an absolute fun! Our server Erica was amazing and sooo attentive with everything and so patient. Party foods were setup as scheduled and the food were great! I will have to order more food next time, to try other things in the menu. The process of booking was done seamlessly with Kaitlyn, who provided me with any information and clarification we needed. Our guests (parents and kids) had a blast and I think you'll have repeat customers from our group. I know it's definitely not going to be our only time hosting a party here. Thank you so much! Highly recommended.

Awesome meal & customer service! Waitress let us know the size of pizza so we decided to order one & share it. Really appreciate her telling us that because it was definitely more than enough for us. Sorry I failed to make note of her name, but she was courteous & very attentive. My daughter & i had a cheese pizza & salads. It was delicious. Portions & the price was great. We went during happy hour. Look forward to revisiting next time I'm in the area.

The child likes to come here very much, but when we chose the gift of points on the high shelf, a few boxes of toys fell down, when the child was below. Fortunately, he did not get hit. The staff saw the incident but did not take any action, continuing to play with their mobile phones. These two staff members were very irresponsible. I want to file a complaint against them. I hope this place can bring joy to children and ensure their safety.

If you ever went to GameWorks this place is a huge letdown in comparison. Most games are super overpriced and some even lasted literally only about 30 seconds for $2.50. They don’t offer the unlimited gaming passes like GameWorks did unless you’re a member of some Pogo app or something with Groupon (idk for sure, the girl at the counter was short and pushed us to use the self-serve kiosks) and even if you are a member the unlimited gaming is limited to a hour per fee. Lame all around, don’t waste your time or money.

Special shout out to Jenny, Nicole and their entire on site team for being so communicative and helpful during our event. The food selection was incredible and very flexible for different dietary restrictions. Their venue space was clean and well maintained. My team and I had a wonderful time and I'll definitely be back to host another event.
I used to come here when it was Gameworks as a kid. I come here all the time with friends and my boyfriend. Sometimes a couple games are broken and the bar service isnt the best, but nonetheless I have a good time here. I especially love the esports lounge. The pricing is very affordable and the staff is always kind to me. This place is nostalgic for 90s babies.

This place is awesome to hold a corporate event or party, good deals on pricing for unlimited plays, and the esports room is pretty upscale too(albeit a little warm, suggest turning pcs off when not in use)But overall great time!
