Waitresses have no understanding of real hospitality. I am clearly of age how dare you ask me for identification when I obviously have a drink/player’s card. Lmao I much rather tip the restaurant services

Jose the late night bartender on a recent weekend visit was a total badass. Incredible service from him and drinks that were better than any of the many other cocktail lounges we visited during our stay. Dat guy is a pro. The bar is in a beautiful setting and had an elclectic background music selection that included The Kinks song Powerman. I would definitely return on future trips to Sin City.
Cool bar next to the lobby at The Cosmopolitan. We always stop here first on every trip.

What a cool place located in the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas. Very friendly staff and beautiful bar and seating area. We stopped in for a few rounds and had a blast. Even if you don’t drink alcohol still go in and get a tea or coke.

Lively late-night spot.
Great bar, extremely impressive selection of liquor. John is great. Would highly recommend the Vesper Vesper if you’re looking to get a lil tipsy

Never go here if you are a pretty lady they won’t serve you and Alex is very rude and unprofessional talked back to customers like he was right when all we wanted was to order when we ordered he made it wrong and would not change it absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in Vegas if you wanna kill the vibes with your party of girls this is your bar.

While the staff at the Cosmos Hotel were warm, attentive, and amazing, the staff at this bar were the opposite. My girlfriend had a poor experience and left feeling belittled and ignored. When we raised the issue, the hotel staff escalated it to the food and beverage manager — who only made things worse. His tone felt more like an interrogation than an attempt to listen, leaving us feeling dismissed rather than heard.
It’s bad enough to have a bartender with a bad attitude, but having a manager mirror that behavior is unacceptable, especially at such an expensive bar.
A note to management: hospitality isn’t about the customer always being right — it’s about making sure guests feel respected and valued. On both counts, you failed.
I also can’t understand how the attitude between the hotel staff and the bar staff, located right next to each other, can be so drastically different. “Disappointed” doesn’t even begin to describe our experience. We won’t be recommending this place.

Worst bar tenders in Vegas. How did these people get hired? The customer service is very poor. They are not professional. Horrible drinks.
I asked for a complimentary bottle of water and the old bartender said “that’s only for people who buy a drink”. Which is ridiculous as I have received water bottles for free in the past
Do better

Loved it! They make a fine Old Fashioned and the vibe is chill but sophisticated. Perfectly in tune with the Cosmopolitan.

John the bartender is hilarious, fast, perspicacious and kind. Absolute legend.
Excellent espresso martinis
had a wonderful experience here chatting about cocktails with the bartender Cody. Service was excellent, cocktails were fantastic. Awesome vibe.
Stopped for a drink. Bartender was rude and the drink was extremely light. For the price of a drink, you’re not getting a good drink.
Atmosphere was nice but I would not go back to that bar.
Great service! Great cocktails!
