My wife and I used to visit here once a week. We've been tapering off though due to bad experiences becoming more common.This place is extremely hit or miss. If you're seated away from the salad, you can count on poor service and raw meat. They tell you to request the temp that you like, but usually it's still raw because they've served everyone before you.If you're seated close to the salad bar, the service is great and the meats are good. Also, having Eugene as your meat server makes a big difference.Overall, we probably won't be returning. With the bad experiences have been steadily increasing over the last year, it's a bit pricey to risk it every week.
My 20 year wedding Anniversary, from the servers to the Manager made for a Fantastic Anniversary, the food and the service were top notch all the way around and the price was very reasonable, thank you for making it such a great night we will be back for sure.

Via Brasil has a wonderful customer experience, the salad bar is incredibly fresh, the meats flavorful and cooked well, and the desserts, especially the flan, are delicious. It's an intimate environment at a convenient location, and the owner Anna is absolutely delightful. I can't wait to go back! 100% recommend!

Love this place! My family and myself have been here multiple times for special occasions. The food and service are always amazing! Brunch is a pretty decent deal but the dinner is also still great!
We have been here many times, however, our last 2 visits have been disappointing. It appears that if you are with a group larger than 2 then you might have a better experience. The last 2 visits were for date nights. We thought the first date night visit was possibly a fluke. Nope we had the same experience. We arrived early before opening and placed our names on their waitlist. Larger parties were shown to their tables and we moved from waiting outdoors to the lobby. As everyone was being seated, people coming in were seated at once. We were wondering if possibly they had reservations. Nope. We tried to get the receptionist's attention to no avail. Finally they looked at us and asked do you have a reservation. I said we placed our names on the waitlist before the restaurant opened. 'Oh sorry, that's right.' We were sat down in an awkward area right in front of the buffet. Like another reviewer, everything seemed fine with our waitress. We didn't get our drinks until 20 minutes. Mind you the restaurant was not even half full. They only filled the area towards the back left. We were being ignored everytime the meat came out. We told the waitress. She said she told her manager. Another 20 minutes go by, still not meat and no one has come to check in on us. We were both upset because they had 2 floor managers who said they would take care of us and didn't. We finally got chicken and sausage. No thanks, we specifically ordered cuts because we wanted to just get out of there. We decided to just get out of there because a romantic evening we had anticipated was ruined by the whole experience. Even knowing and reporting issues to the managers and our waitress multiple times; we were not comped for the inconvenience or even offered a way to mediate other than we'll make sure you get your meat. 40 minutes later, we only had sirloin and one other basic steak. Quite frankly, go to another Brazilian steakhouse where your hard earned money and experience may be better. It looks like there are a lot of issues with date night couples. Not surprised to say the least. In a time where competition is high in Vegas, it's unfortunate to see establishments slip and not have a welcoming experience. Remember, this was our 2nd date night and both times were close to identical.

The salad bar has tons of fresh options that delicious! I loved the grilled veggies and their lobster soup.The superstar of the experience is the grilled meats brought to you. I could not get enough of the garlic steak. Just absolute perfection. Our server, Lucy was incredible, taking exceptional care of us and our baby the entire time. I ate so much I dont need anything else for the rest of the week. Highly recommend!!

Went yesterday for the first time with my girlfriend for a one year anniversary and it was amazing Michael the staff everyone there was so nice the food was awesome the drinks were amazing the place was really cool and they treated us like family they made the anniversary that extra special with some surprises they had for us when I made the reservation I'd recommend this place to anyone everything there is amazing definitely go check it out
