I’m from the east coast just learned about Vic’s and it’s a go to spot. Customer service, atmosphere and food are great.
Love this place. Just off the strip. Great food and Jazz entertainment. Gives you a sense of old Vegas. Highly recommend.
Jazz club in the front and sports bar in the back. Both are classy and the service is incredibly friendly.

A blast from the past. Great room and sound system! Big enough but not too big. Intimate and romantic. Food portions too small!

The live band was entertaining. Food was outstanding, flavorful and super delicious, large portions! Our server was Christopher, he made our dining experience very enjoyable. We will definitely go back to see Christopher and enjoy more amazing food...... Soon!

Vic's managed to ruin what should have been a special anniversary dinner. They inexplicably handed a microphone to a rowdy wedding party, turning our evening into an unwanted comedy roast. The air was filled with crude jokes and drunken storytelling, drowning out any chance of conversation at our table.
The complete disregard for other diners was shocking. We didn't sign up for a wedding reception karaoke night, yet we were forced to endure one. The staff seemed oblivious to the circus they had created, leaving us and other non-wedding guests to suffer through the cacophony.
This display of utter incompetence in managing the dining atmosphere was a slap in the face to anyone hoping for a peaceful meal. Vic's clearly values large parties over intimate gatherings, even if it means sacrificing the experience of every other patron.
Save yourself the headache and choose a restaurant that actually respects its customers. Vic's idea of 'ambiance' is apparently a loud, obnoxious free-for-all. Absolutely disgraceful for what's supposed to be a reputable establishment.

Vic's can't seem to figure out how to handle a large crowd. We always go before shows at the Smith Center and they are always full on these nights. We waited almost an hour for our food and mine was cold. Our server was really good and apologized and attempted to get it to us as quickly as possible but there was only so much he could do. Looking forward to some other options at Symphony Park.
This was the second time I tried Vic's before a concert at The Smith Center. The first time (9/12) we would have been late for our concert, except we walked out without paying (we returned after the concert to pay our bill). We arrived at 6pm and had eaten dinner plus dessert, but we still hadn't received our check by almost 7:30. The excuse was that our waiter had an exceptionally large party who all ordered different desserts. Last Saturday (10/05), remembering the previous fiasco, I made my reservation for 5:15. Thinking we had plenty of time before our 7:30pm curtain, we had leisurely drinks and appetizers. However, by 7pm we still hadn't received our entrees! The excuse this time was a large wedding party. We did get our entrees, which we had to eat in a rush without fully enjoying our food, and we did get our check promptly, because I asked for it with our order. The only compensation beside free appetizers, was that the wedding party shared with us some of their cupcakes. It seems that the kitchen or waitstaff is not adequately staffed to handle the volume of orders possible. On neither occasion was their a SRO crowd, just a full dining room. Surely there can always be large parties at any popular restaurant. And if you know a wedding party of 45 is going to be in attendance, you bring in the additional help needed so that your other customers aren't made unwitting wedding crashers begging for a scrape of food. Obviously, the fact that I returned after my first experience is an indication of the quality of the food and drink--delicious. The ambience and light jazz music is delightful. The service horrendous.
From the moment I first walked in. I noticed that the atmosphere was very comfortable great place for a first date or any date. The service was excellent. The food was excellent and the entertainment was also excellent. I would recommend this restaurant club to anybody and everybody I will be coming back many more times!

Incredible service and entertainment. Food was delicious and I appreciated the portion sizes. Not cheap, but not too expensive either.
Vic’s is a nice place. You have to pay to park. Food ok but definitely overpriced. Had a martini and they charged for the olives. Not happy with that charge. Won’t be back
Parking: Parking in garage you must pay to park if you want to eat

Friendly bartenders, spectacular cocktails, very mellow, relaxed, atmosphere. Love the music. I look forward to going back.
Kid-friendliness: There were families in the side dining area who were having a good time without disturbing the overall atmosphere.

Great spot for live music. But it clears out when the show across the street starts. Maybe if there was a little more effort people would stay for the music here and not bounce. Could have been so much better but it's a half effort. It feels like they step over a dollar to pick up a dime.
