The pho was good HOWEVER I was unsatisfied with the automatic service fee. They came around once to refill our water cups and didn’t bother to ask us if we needed something else. I came with 5 adults and two kids, I can’t believe they charged us for the kids for an automatic “service fee” !! Since when do they consider kids as adults??

I visited couple times . Last time ( about 3 days ago ) I I order bun Cha gio , bo nuong and Chao tom . In the menu they list the price is $ 18.95 . When I come to pay they charge 3 more dollars so total price is more than $23 dollars . But not all , here is how I rate the food : grill beef taste like conton paper , sugar cane shrimp don't taste like shrimp more like powder . Egg rolls is old and smells bad . I didn't finish it . Mr VIET is the owner there . He is a nice and decent person . He may as retire already or semi retire I am not sure . But he let the people run his Restaurants now is questionable. Hope he keeps the eyes more on it . Build a business is really tough but keep is good and getting better is tougher . Most of business went down hill and Tha disappeared. I hope Mr VIET realized it . Take care the problem please .

We finished our meal in 15 minutes, but we had to wait 20 minutes just to get the check... The food has always been good, the portions are big, and you can tell they don't skimp on the ingredients.

Viet Noodle Bar is an absolute nightmare. I'm still reeling from the horrific experience we had at this place.

Our evening was ruined when our car was broken into right in front of their restaurant and all our personal belongings, worth over $5000 were gone, all happened in front of this restaurant.

Upon realizing what had happened, we immediately went inside to seek assistance. We were hoping for some basic human compassion, perhaps even a glance outside to assess the damage. Instead, we were met with a dismissive shrug and a curt "We don't have cameras." They acted like it was a normal occurrence, and they couldn't care less. They even mentioned that it has happened multiple times before, and they've done absolutely nothing to deter it, is infuriating.

Let me be clear: I wasn't expecting them to solve the crime. However, the complete lack of empathy was shocking. The owner (or whoever was in charge) didn't even bother to step outside to see the damage. No offer of help, no concern, just a cold, uncaring attitude.

What makes this even more horrific is that we had our baby and our 7-year-old with us. They were terrified. The shattering glass, the realization that everything we owned was gone, it was traumatic for them. The fact that a crime occurred directly outside their establishment and they couldn't be bothered to even look is utterly unacceptable. It speaks volumes about their disregard for customer safety and well-being.

As for the food, it was...forgettable. Honestly, after the incident, it's hard to remember much of it. The prices were outrageous for the terrible food and service we received.

Viet Noodle Bar is not just a bad restaurant; it's a danger to families. Avoid it at all costs. They don't care about your safety, they don't care about your children, and they certainly don't care about the food they serve.

Average Pho price is slightly higher than L. A. Yet this fill you up with goodies. Tendon and brisket are not skimped out. Soup base is good. Bee here multiple times. Good spot for comfort food.

One word: terrible!

I couldn’t finish my dry noodle dish (#24). The noodles were flavorless, and the bowl had a strong bleach smell. My husband ordered the pho special and said the broth tasted like they made a large pot, then diluted it with water for each bowl they served. There was no flavor or depth to the broth.

We won’t be coming back here.

It was after 10pm when we got there, had to wait for 25 min to be seated. Place is crowded at 70% tables taken. We were looking at menu while waiting so we can order as soon as seated. Another 15 min passed and many warriors passed by but none stopped to take even the drink order. Lost patience and complained the wait to the cashier lady. 5 minutes later then finally sent somebody to take order of one pho, one fried rice and one spring roll, easy enough. Then another 20 minutes to serve the food. In the mean time, next table (party of 4) they walked in, no line to wait, one of them went straight to the kitchen, then their for was ready in less than 10 min. Obviously he used to work here in the kitchen because the guy that looked like the manager came to their table to chit chat and gossip about some ex employees.
Beside that, food was in the plain side of flavor, not salty as other pho place. Simple menu selection made choosing easy. They open pass midnight so very convenient.
Parking was a big challenge like any plaza in the Spring Mountain area, so expect distraction from going spot for your car.
Service not so good maybe they are so busy, but from what I overheard from the manager, they had been busy like this or even more since last few months, so feels like it became a normal for them. Asked three times for a refill to my soft drink, if that's tells you something.
Conclusion, if they want my money and tip again, a looooooot convincing they'll need to do.

Food always good, although no longer open late hours like before. Now closes at midnite, so no more 3 am soup after clubbing.

Terribly slow and incompetent. Food took forever. One person order bbq and they were half done before the phone bowls came out. This was only after we watched the waitress bring our soups out and then got confused because they sit multiple parties at the same table. So she took them back as we sat and watched the bbq. Finally after a few minutes we asked, they went and verified we ordered it in the kiosk and then it came out immediately.

Viet Noodle Bar provides a spacious dining environment, with well-arranged tables and chairs that create an open and inviting atmosphere. I ordered the Phở bò tái, bún riêu, hủ tiếu, and cà phê sữa đá. The phở bò tái was delicious, boasting rich and flavorful broth. The bún riêu and hủ tiếu were good, but not particularly outstanding. The portions were generous, and the food was fresh and well-prepared. The cà phê sữa đá was a perfect complement to the meal.

A good option for Vietnamese food in Las Vegas. Short distance from the strip (5mins uber).

Kind of modern Vietnamese style. Very friendly staffs.

Good pho broth, or rice. I dont recommend other noodles, such as Hu Tiu or Bun Rieu.
