Definitely one of the most underrated restaurants in Vegas. Beautiful atmosphere and decor. Live singer was very talented. Our waiter Troy was super friendly. He and the rest of the staff bent over backwards for us. Food was delicious!

Took my husband here for a date and we had a blast! The food and drinks were on point ! And the staff is so nice and so fun specially with the towel dance performance! They really know how to hype the crowd up ! On the weekends it goes from live music to 9pm start of Dj music! And it was just fun fun fun ! Definitely a great place for a birthday dinner or a group pre game ambiance before a crazy night here in vegas !

Absolutely loved our experience and the gm mathias is a god send! It was a whirlwind of emotions at first and at the end of it we left in the best mood you have to stay for the dance show! And the food was amazing!!

The neon purple ambiance and cherry blossom tree centerpiece were lovely, creating a perfect setting despite it being a quiet Friday. The food was satisfactory. Definitely worth visiting for the atmosphere and live music later on.

Beautiful food, terrible service. The host/manager took my order and my server only stopped by once for an entire hour. Just trying to celebrate my birthday. Disappointed. At least I can skip the tip?

Flown in from Vancouver today and was recommended to dine here, it did not disappoint, our server Noelia was delightful and charming, as we as the gentleman who I’m assuming was a manager, Mathias, was just as equally charming and professional. The food was presented fabulously, and cooked to perfection. The JK dessert brought to us was to die for, thanks for the great experience!

Summary: Amazing staff, delicious food, away from the huge crowds in the main Shops. Go on a Friday or Saturday evening and stay for the napkin dance! My boyfriend and I were in Las Vegas the first wkd of March and happened upon Villa Azucar one evening. It's a bit tucked away on the other side of the Grand Canal Shops, Palazzo side. It looked lovely from the outside with flower decorations and large glass windows. On a whim, we decided to dine in for an early Friday dimmer. It was a superb experience, from the staff to the atmosphere to the food. The hostesses were so kind and friendly as were all of the servers, sommelier, and our personal waiter, Troy. The level of attentiveness was high without being overmuch. We were underdressed in comparison to the other patrons that first night, but we were treated with all courtesy. Troy highlighted some of the menu items and we went with several of his recommendations. It was all delicious but our favorites were the Brie appettizer with fig jam, lavender and honey and mushroom truffle ravioli. As we ate, a solo vocalist and piano player started playing and her voice and music provided a mellow and rich backdrop to the evening. Troy told us that on Fridays and Saturdays there usually was live music from around 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. and a dj from 9 onwards with all the staff doing a napkin dance around 9:45 or 10 p.m. So we decided to come back the next night. We dressed up a little more the second time around and the vibe was definitely a little different later in the evening. It was almost a nightclub feel with the ceiling lights pulsing different colors as the dj played. The hostess sat us down per our request in the middle of the room where a huge tree sprang up. Our waiter Saturday evening was Raphael. He was also the bomb along with the other servers that night. I'd like to give them a huge shout-out! They once again made the evening spectacular, in particular because of the napkin dance which was not just any napkin dance! All the staff come dancing out, handed out fire crackers, got on top of on table tops-- the whole shebang. It was certainly a highlight of our trip. Next visit to Las Vegas, we know where we will be eating on a Friday or Saturday night.

Absolutely fabulous! From the beautiful decor, to the fantastic food, to the most personable and attentive wait staff the experience was awesome. We arrived to the beautiful decor and live music and were greeted by Rafael and Leon - wonderful! We had wine and the tuna appetizer and calamari appetizer. Then there was a transition from a piano player and singer to a DJ, and the music was fantastic and the vibe was great. The singer was great too. We had our main courses of halibut and steak and enjoyed some dancing and good conversation. Highly recommend this restaurant for a fun night out and wonderful food. We will be back. The managers also checked on us throughout the night! Just perfect.

Absolutely 10/10 experience! The space is beautiful, the service fantastic and the food was divine! There's also a lot of fun surprises if you go later for dinner - live music, a DJ for later and some dancing too. We loved our time there!

Food is great. We ate at the Wynn steakhouse last night, our entire table agreed the bone in ribeye was better here. All of us were surprised by this. Decor and ambiance is great, the place is just lacking people to create a “Vegas” vibe but the servers work hard to make a fun ambiance. For the management: nix the pasta, the menu is a bit confusing on who you are trying to be? Cut the live singer early in the dinner, create the up tempo vibe early instead of having a dj starting at 9:30. A simplified menu will better define what you want to be.For the quality of food and simplicity of getting in our party of 10 enjoyed this place. Come check it out if you are struggling getting a reservation somewhere else.

This would be the #1 supper club in Las Vegas... if it wasn't soooo far into the Grand Canal Shoppes. It's a hike to get here. We came on a Thursday night in early March (off season) around 7:30pm and there was only 4-5 other tables. Because we had a party of 9 with a reservation, but not sure we would have needed it, given how empty the place was. That said, I want to come back on a weekend night to see what it's like then. This place is beautiful. The service is excellent. The food was delicious. I ordered the Halibut and it was mouthwatering good! The cocktails were fun and flavorful. I do recommend it. But I think it's probably more lively on a true weekend vs week night.

Villa Azur is beautiful. The decor and design is stunning. We came on a Thursday at 7:30pm and it was not busy at all. We had a reservation for our large party of 9, but not sure we needed it because there was no one there. The food and service is excellent! I loved the Halibut and Brie en Croute!
