The Steak and Eggs, Classic Burger (with egg and bacon), and the Club Sandwich are a hit every single time.

I’ve always loved this place and often come here late at night after a long day at work when I don’t feel like cooking. Unfortunately, my recent experience has completely changed how I feel about this location.
It’s disappointing to say that I won’t be returning—not because of the food or atmosphere, but because of the poor customer service I experienced. It’s clear that customer service is no longer a priority here, and certain employees don’t seem to value the guests that keep the business running.
Jordan, in particular, demonstrated some of the worst customer service I’ve encountered, and Andrew wasn’t far behind, claiming that “the bar is the number one priority.” I find that incredibly hard to understand—especially in any service industry role where the customer should always come first.
It’s a shame to see a place I used to enjoy decline like this. Until there’s accountability and proper training in place, I won’t be returning to this location—or likely any Village Pub location.

Food was not good..the staff was clearly distracted with something else going on. Took 35 minutes to get our drinks because the 2 bar tenders were busy gossiping..I dont usually leave reviews but this one felt necessary...won't be doing back any time soon unfortunately.

Food used to be good but then they got greedy because apparently they're main company Ellis Island started to feel like they were special from all the Formula 1 crowd but that does not translate to Off the Strip pricing. They recently changed their pricing and now it's $17 for fish and chips $17 for a burger no longer affordable place for the locals get a clue corporate goons before you lose all of your customers. If anything prices need to be coming down. We will not be going back I refuse to be price gouge because I live in Southern Highlands

My go to place for steak and eggs, any time, any day any pub.
My family and I have been coming to VP for years (especially the Desert Shores location) and have been very happy with the food and the service, EVERY time. VP is like our second kitchen, we come here A LOT!!
Tonight’s experience at the West Cactus location wasn’t any different, excellent service from Angelica, delicious food, reasonable prices, fresh delicious craft beer. And the music is always good too.
In an ever changing world, PLEASE DON’T CHANGE!!!

They need to clean their grill, our steaks were overcooked, and you could taste the dirty grill. They were burned some. Service is super slow, and there was only one other table taken. They used to be better. Service has really gone downhill.

So disappointed today. Had fish and chips like we always do. The batter was so thick and heavy and even under cooked. It was more like what you would get on a corn dog. Must be a new recipe and not good at all. Guess we will be looking for a new fish and chip place.
Food is awesome and VERY reasonably priced. They also have daily specials and a different soup of the day every day!
The staff is nothing short of stellar, Jordan, Andrew, Erica, Dan, and the entire crew there are rockstars!!!
