Just a quick bit before I caught my plane

100% the best food we had in Vegas by FAR. and at a much more reasonable price. Our server was awesome, too! Anticipated refills, offered extras, friendly and professional.
Best dining experience was had during the whole trip, and just got lucky that it was by our gate!!

Really lovely place to find in an airport! Feels like a hometown diner with homemade food. I had the chili which nobody seems to mention in the reviews and was really very good. Spicy but yummy and homemade tasting, and came with the most delicious, toasty garlic bread. 🙈 For an airport meal, I recommend!

I love Ellis island but the staff here are old bitter middle aged ladies.

This incident was on 6/30/25 at 10:25 am E gates

I walk into the bar sit down and ask for a menu. The whole place maybe had 5 people there including the patio. There 3 staff all old ladies at the time. I let the first one know I’d be ordering to go. she immediately gives me an attitude and tells me I have to order with the other woman at the other end of the bar and that all to go orders need to be through her in a very snarky way. They are literally standing 5-7 feet from each other…. So I start gathering my things and at some point she probably realized how absurd it was and offered to take my order but the damage was done. She was so bitchy i didn’t even want her to take my order. I move over to the opposite end of the bar where they do to go orders. (It’s a L shaped small bar).

I get over to the other Waitress working that end, she then tells me also in a rude way that I needed to go to the other side of the bar which is a 90 turn to her right. You couldn’t make this up. She seemed to get mad when I wanted to change from coleslaw to an upcharged Cesar salad. And was mad that she had to void it when took her a long time to figure out so I just grabbed a pre made wrap they had in the fridge section and cancelled my order. The place was empty, they were rude, and overall a horrible experience with very bitter old ladies working there. Imagine wanting to give an empty place business and being treated so poorly. It was a to go order so they wouldn’t have needed to do anything anyways.

Good workers are hard to find. It’s a shame

Located in terminal C of LAS Airport, this diner like place is staffed by effective people who care. I ordered like I sometimes do, "give me a Denver Omlett" The better places just do it, recognizing how Airport time works.

That is exactly what happened. The Omlett came with nice toast and potatoes, all well prepared and served with smiles and that efficient manner one really appreciates when time is short.

Recommended.

Just garbage. Steak, eggs, potatoes, and toast were terrible. Chemical taste on potatoes, steak hard and overcooked, a cheap cut. Toast chewy. If you can eat anything and don't care about flavor it's still overpriced. Service was disappointing, not anything of a strip quality place. It's worse than Denny's.

Food was made Fresh and served hot. 10 stars. Next to the restaurant on the left is an enclosed slot machine room that allows smoking. Haven't seen that in years.

I like Village Pub & Grill. Though I don't like pub food very much, these guys have good fish and chips and some good sandwiches. As for this location, I don't like places that jack up their rates because you're stuck in the airport, so that's a strike against them but the service was good and I enjoyed the club sandwich we purchased and shared. I ended up buying a soda at Burger King because there was no way I was going to pay $6.99 for pop. That's annoying and inconvenient but I always imagine how my mom would react to the price of things and then act accordingly. She'd be in her late 90's now and was a child during the depression so I think $6.99 soda would have been a no-go with her
