I have been to this place three times in the last three months. Two of those times were unacceptable. Too much noise from a guy with a drill and other electrical equipment. The lady in the table next to me even yelled at him. The worker and this place are oblivious to sound pollution and the comfort of their guests. The manager was not around. I got my check and went to the bar to pay. The lady would not take my money. So I waited for my waitress to come over. Nothing about sorry regarding the noise. Nothing! And by the way three ladies in my group got the steak. It was full of gristle and fat!

I think we came on an off-day or something. We waited for our food for over an hour. We got an update at around 35-40ish minutes and we were told the oven was busted and it'd be another couple of minutes. We didn't get our food for another 20 minutes and when it did come out, the orders were wrong. Which is not a huge deal, however, when that was fixed, most of the food was uncooked and inedible. The sausage for the kids was raw, the egg whites were raw as well as the potatoes. I do have the give the steak a 10/10, it was cooked beautifully and the seasoning was on point.
Overall, not super happy with our visit.

We went twice in one week, both times during dinner, both times were mediocre at best.

Food was good. We waited for a long time for drinks and didn't get checked on. Also, kids ordered root beer and when we asked for refill they said no refill on root beer. Should have been mentioned upfront. That's not common.

First time at this location. Ordered NY strip, eggs plate with glass of oj. I’m convinced that VP cooks can’t cook a steak medium rare to save their lives, seriously, been to 3 locations, not one can cook a steak. Even for $9.99, you can still prepare to order. Oh well, may have to go elsewhere for breakfast now. Can’t keep dropping $15+ (tax and tip) for a subpar meal. Service was good.

Have eaten in many of there restaurants. This one is always the best option. Food is good, wait staff is polite, place is clean. Only fault is they don't have dinner rolls. One in Centennial is closer to me but there is no consistency at that restaurant ?
