Vintner Grill

Vitner Grill offers a well-balanced menu that always hits the spot whether you choose a lighter salad or a full entree. Halibut, sea bass, chicken with mustard and curry chicken salad are always favorites! Service is always on fantastic. Ambiance it clean, bright and comfortable. It is a great place for a dinner with friends or a business lunch or a larger group get together. Never disappoints!

Love coming to Vincent Grill. One of the local hidden gems. Food was great Service was great. We had an amazing Italian wine. They have a great selection of Italian wines. The best selection, In Las Vegas!

Lovely birthday dinner celebration. Initially good table choice in quieter area of restaurant. Within 30 minutes a table of 12 or more was placed directly behind us and we could no longer hear one another speak without shouting. Love this restaurant but the noise level is difficult to overcome.

The service level at Vintner Grill is performed at the highest level. Food is very good and I really like this place. I'll be back soon.

Ambiance, service, cleanliness, service,wine and food outstanding! The Lemon risotto had way too much leeks! I was choking. Had to pick the slimy things out with my fork. Other than that, no complaints.

This restaurant forgot what fine dining is. Server ignored us, multiple times. Entree was decent. Antipasti good, nice cheese and meat selection. Beautiful bread. Sommelier wine selection is top tier. But the server was so bad. Bus boys killed it though.

Service was excellent from start to finish, and the atmosphere was warm and upscale. We met the Beverage Director, who graciously treated us to a couple of dessert wines such a thoughtful touch that made the night even better. The food was outstanding and perfectly paced. One of the best dining experiences in Summerlin. Highly recommend.

Always feels like home going to the vitner grill. Service is amazing, ambience is perfect for a romantic dinner for two, family dinner or with friends and the food never disappoints. Thanks to our Hostess and staff for another memorable night.

I love the newly remodeled color scheme and seating in the restaurant. Playing classic movies on the screen is a nice touch. The food was absolutely delicious.

A True Vegas Gem!!! I've been dining here over 15 years, and one thing that remains unchanged is consistency. Whether you dine in or choose to dîner sur la terrasse, you can count on VG to deliver an exceptional experience every time—it's a solid 9.99999%! Left 1% for those who have not had the opportunity to visit Vintners. There's also lunch option menu M-F, 11am... Bonne dégustation!!!

The Vintner is pure heaven for locals. White tablecloths and napkins are a must for me and this restaurant is always consistent with food quality and service.

We recently spent an evening at the same incredible restaurant where we celebrated our wedding dinner last year, and once again, it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and promptly seated at a cozy, intimate booth that set the tone for a perfect evening. The service was nothing short of impeccable—attentive, gracious, and genuinely kind without ever feeling intrusive. To kick off the night, we were treated to a complimentary champagne toast, a lovely and thoughtful touch that instantly brought us back to our wedding night memories. We started with a small charcuterie board that was pure perfection—carefully curated, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. For the main course, I had the lamb bolognese, which was rich, flavorful, and truly to die for. My husband's steak was grilled to perfection, with just the right amount of char and a melt-in-your-mouth tenderness that was simply outstanding. To top it all off, we were surprised with a gorgeous dessert, another thoughtful gesture that made the night feel incredibly special. One of the things I most appreciate about this restaurant is that you're never made to feel rushed. The entire experience moves at a perfect, relaxed pace, allowing you to savor every bite and every moment. It's clear they truly value their guests, not just as customers, but as people. And in a city like Las Vegas, where prices can be sky-high (especially on the Strip), the value here is refreshing. For the quality, service, and overall experience, the pricing is more than fair—it's a rare and welcome change. All in all, this place remains one of our absolute favorite hidden gems. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Great service and ambiance. Food was ok not over the top and the price was a little high for the food quality. It was a birthday and they provided a very nice desert!

Hostess welcomed us and promptly seated us. Our server welcomed us and reviewed the menu. Our wine was marvelous! Humus appetizer was delicious! Entrees were beautifully plated and served hot and accurately. Overall a fabulous experience! Service was outstanding.
