The steak special was a very filling and delicious meal. The red sauce on the penne pasta was hearty and flavorful. Great meal. The ambiance made me think of an old time yet modern Italian restaurant

We have been to this restaurant several times in the past and always love the food. The only issue we had this time was the service was slow. I think the server had too many tables at one time. Otherwise it was amazing as usual!

We were celebrating friends anniversary – all the staff greeted us with congratulations and also had a card for the table with a dessert. Menu options were traditional and unique. The bread service was served bruschetta style, which was fun. The burrata with fig did not disappoint. Entrées were very good, which included lobster with spinach fettuccine and veal Parmesan. Our waiter was on the spot with our cocktails and wine. We will definitely be coming back.

Our servers were excellent. The food was excellent. Evidently we over-stayed the time slot for diners. The manager brought us our bill instead of the servers because he wanted to say we should leave a very large tip since we stayed at the table 3 hours. My friend left a double cash tip. Very generous so we shouldn't have been reprimanded. We both felt the manager was rude.

Always a great experience. The food was great! This particular time (a Tuesday night) it was probably the loudest I've ever heard in there, which really took away from the experience. Don't know what happened. Will definitely be back but if the noise level is as high as it was, it may be the last time.

We had a wonderful experience. Hector our server did a great job. He was attentive just at the right time and very efficient. The food was very good.

It was so nice and relaxing to sit and enjoy a meal without crying babies or kids running around. It was easy to talk to my friend without having to yell over the noise to be heard. And the food and service? To die for!!! Absolutely loved the entire experience and look forward to going again. Go!! Enjoy!! You'll love it!!

Really enjoy this restaurant. They know value!! Food was delicious with generous portions. Services's on point with Crisanto & Dexter. Love the wine of the month promotion-$20 for a great bottle every time. Plus the wine benefits a local charity. How cool!

The restaurant has nice feel to it and pleasant atmosphere. However, the food did not match up. The Caesar salad was bland with no flavor. It's the first time I have had to add salt to a Caesar. The Chicken Fettuccine was bland as well. The chicken was really good, but the sauce was clumpy and the noodles were thick and chewy. Wasn't happy with the meal.

Keep in mind that this restaurant is located inside SouthPoint Hotel and Casino. As a solo diner, I was seated at a two-top (which was absolutely fine), but the chairs at the table were ballroom banquet chairs, while every other chair in the place was a high-back armchair, which I knew to be comfortable. Remember how it felt to be dumped at the kids table when you were a kid ? Like you were somehow less than everyone else ? Yeah, it was like that. While a manager type did offer to replace the chair with 'a more comfortable chair' I wasn't really feeling up to being part of the spectacle of musical chairs. I found it noteworthy that the manager used the phrase 'a more comfortable chair' - clearly they are aware that the banquet chairs are less comfortable than the rest. As for the food, I opted for the bolognese with fettuccine; it came with a tableside Caesar salad. It was really only tableside as much as the romaine was tossed into a larger bowl and then it was dressed with a dressing that was pre-made. Doesn't tableside usually mean 'made at the table' ? Not just assembled ? As for the bolognese... it wasn't great. It was bitter. I think someone forgot the carrots in the sofrito. Also, pretty sure that there was no milk or cream used in this Bolognese. Aside from the bitterness, it lacked real flavor. I was half tempted to order the Capellini Carbonara (instead of the Bolognese) but I couldn't get past how wrong everything was on the menu. Peas, Onions, 'Parmesan cream sauce' ? And Capellini ? That's down there with angel hair on the thin pasta scale. Carbonara is traditionally served with a thicker pasta like Bucatini or even rigatoni... that along with peas and onions ? Hard pass. End of the day if you go in with an expectation that this is much more American Italian than traditional Italian, you might leave somewhat satisfied.

We had a 6 pm reservation.. we were seated and then there was very sporadic service.. bread and water was served and we had our coupons for bottles of wine ...but no one ever came back to ask what we wanted to drink, cocktails, etc. finally the waiter came, told us about specials & left, waited and then he saw our wine coupons so brought the bottles of wine, and he left. After a few more minutes came back , took our orders and left....we barely saw him, throughout the dinner which took 3 hours...we didn't leave until 9:00 pm. I did tell the girl at the desk, dinner service wasn't up to par & was disappointed! Also it had new menu items and asking for any options were greeted with additional fees... & 10 for a pink (actually not so pink) sauce vs red sauce!

Great food but service was terrible. Felt like we were at a fast food establishment. Very rushed, inattentive service.

Usually a positive experience. This evening planned to allow 60 min to dine, as we had to make a show later. Entrees did not arrive until the 50 min mark, leaving little time to enjoy actual dinner (and I only had ordered a salad so no food until then). Then one entree had the wrong type of pasta, salad the wrong dressing - but no time to wait to fix. Their answer was to offer a dessert, though knew no time as we had to leave.

Great food, great variety and best of all the service we received from our server Barrock, he was knowledgeable and very friendly. The only way to describe him was Fantastic. We will ask for him in our future visits.

Fantastic old fashioned Italian restaurant with great food and service at as competitive a price point as you will find in Las Vegas. It was well worth the short trip from Bellagio to experience it .. we will definitely return on our next trip .
